00:00:01Previously on Project Runway All-Stars...
00:00:03One of the pieces from the winning designer will be included in the Smithsonian's permanent collection.
00:00:09Oh, my God.
00:00:10Oh, my God.
00:00:11It's a fascinating technique. I love it.
00:00:13My grandma's still here, but she's becoming modern.
00:00:16Audrey Hepburn turned Rihanna. We need a little more Rihanna.
00:00:19Okay.
00:00:20Ken seems to be struggling with his design, and you don't have time to click and guess yourself.
00:00:25You really got something so fresh feeling, and from the back, it's so flawless.
00:00:34I adore the smocking, and I think it's so brilliant coming from the stripes.
00:00:38I love the innocence of the white with the naughtiness of the black leather.
00:00:42I was grappling with the sash. It was a little too fussy for me.
00:00:46Designers, I have a surprise for you.
00:00:48This doesn't sound good.
00:00:49Your task is to repurpose fabric that other designers have discarded
00:00:54to create a brand new look.
00:00:56Ooh!
00:00:57Time's up!
00:00:59This week, there is no one winner, but three guaranteed places in the finale.
00:01:05The first designer is Stanley.
00:01:11The next designer is Favia.
00:01:14Congratulations.
00:01:16The designer eliminated tonight is Ken.
00:01:19That means, Anthony, you get the last place in the finale.
00:01:23This is Project Runway All-Stars.
00:01:25This is Project Runway All-Stars.
00:01:26This is Project Runway All-Stars.
00:01:30I'm so excited. We're getting help.
00:01:44Oh, my God!
00:01:45I wish! It was you!
00:01:49I could not be happier.
00:01:50I've got to give hugs all around.
00:01:52Because this is the final challenge, and we have three days to finish a collection.
00:01:57So, I need help.
00:01:59So, this is the collection.
00:02:01Candace brings that edge and that sexiness that I'm trying to incorporate into my design.
00:02:05This is leather.
00:02:06Mmm.
00:02:07And the reality of it is she's a modern-day woman, so she serves as an amazing muse.
00:02:11Okay, I've got to get over the shock of having you.
00:02:13I've got really high marks for my finale dress, too, so.
00:02:16Amanda and I were together on season 11.
00:02:18Oh, wow.
00:02:19It has a bib and it has a leather collar.
00:02:20She's so efficient.
00:02:21She's a good editor.
00:02:22She's just a really good wingman.
00:02:24What is the theme of this collection?
00:02:26Modern, bold.
00:02:27You will like it, because it's right up your alley.
00:02:30So, I was thinking about this idea of, like, a moment in time that's past, present, and future happening all at once.
00:02:36Awesome.
00:02:37I presented this and that yesterday.
00:02:40Okay.
00:02:41Plan of action today is to take the feedback that I got in the runway yesterday and just put it into work.
00:02:46They didn't like it, so I'm scrapping this, but I'm making it again.
00:02:51Now that I'm scrapping this print, which was my pop of color, it's going to go back to my comfort zone, navy and ivory.
00:02:58You can try it on.
00:02:59You look really cute.
00:03:00There's one person that I truly like this season.
00:03:03It's Fabio.
00:03:04How confident are you in me drinking your interpretation?
00:03:08I can give him my honest opinion, and he's very receptive.
00:03:12If you're comfortable with it, like, I trust the out of you.
00:03:15Yeah.
00:03:16This is ready to be cut out.
00:03:17Those pants are ready to cut out.
00:03:18We have three days until the finale, so I really want to get three looks done a day.
00:03:23This one is going to be Stripe.
00:03:24I totally trust you on that.
00:03:25Oh, yeah.
00:03:26I can do that.
00:03:27I think it's really helpful when someone with a totally different style is your helper.
00:03:32Oh, I'm so glad I got Amanda.
00:03:33I'm glad you feel that way.
00:03:35I think I'm going to be Stanley's lucky charm.
00:03:37Tell me the theme of the collection.
00:03:38If Audra Hepburn lived long enough to become Rihanna.
00:03:41Oh, my God.
00:03:44Right?
00:03:45I love the fact that Anthony's in the finale.
00:03:48I love it.
00:03:49Who thinks like that?
00:03:50Only me.
00:03:51His vision is beautiful, and it's really cool and dramatic.
00:03:55What's my target for today?
00:03:56The target for today is get these pants done.
00:03:58Pants?
00:03:59Draped, sewn, completed.
00:04:00Mm-hmm.
00:04:01And tops.
00:04:02It's just to do all of that in this many days, it makes me nervous.
00:04:06Oh, and by the way, we're doing chokers.
00:04:08Like that?
00:04:09Like that, but out of the leather.
00:04:11Here we go.
00:04:21I'm back.
00:04:22Seeing you guys' faces this morning was like everything we needed.
00:04:25And more.
00:04:26The vibe in the brother sewing room is finally back to something that I like, where people
00:04:31are joking around.
00:04:32So you have the option of showing your signature look or creating a new one?
00:04:36No, we do.
00:04:37I'm changing mine.
00:04:38Yesterday, Melissa tells us that we have to add a seventh look.
00:04:42Because your signature look is complete, these three designers will need to add one more
00:04:47look to create a seven-piece collection.
00:04:50Are you changing yours?
00:04:52Mm-hmm.
00:04:53I'm gonna edit my signature look as well.
00:04:55I mean, I may keep the skirt part and lose the drape in the top.
00:04:59I didn't know that a seventh look was coming, but you have a responsibility to yourself to
00:05:03meet the challenge with every fiber of who you are.
00:05:08I wanna get all the suede done today is my goal.
00:05:10I put in a lot of work in this business, and I wanna win because I just feel it's my time.
00:05:17I placed third on season 11 of Project Runway.
00:05:19I think the choice of the mix of materials, it felt dated.
00:05:23I feel like my point of view was missed.
00:05:25I think he has some ideas, but he can't make it look modern.
00:05:29On All Stars this season, the judges have been responding well to my work.
00:05:33I love the size of this bow you have.
00:05:36It gives me everything.
00:05:37Oh, thank you.
00:05:38This is my favorite look that you've done the entire season.
00:05:41Really?
00:05:42You took a risk today.
00:05:43I think it paid off.
00:05:45I think it's madly interesting.
00:05:47I have a voice now.
00:05:49I'm excited to show people what I can do, and that's why I'm here for All Stars.
00:05:53Are you making a gown?
00:05:54I know, right?
00:05:55I'm almost thinking, like, should I get a corseted bodice somewhere?
00:05:59Take me a whole ten minutes.
00:06:01My seventh look is the finale look now.
00:06:04I want to make a coat, but have this coat be my interpretation of a gown.
00:06:09But now I need pants to go with it.
00:06:15So what's the rules of engagement with, like, because I've never draped leather?
00:06:18Currently, I'm working on a leather camisole.
00:06:21Think of it as fabric, only once you stitch it, it's permanent.
00:06:25Candace is excellent at working with leather.
00:06:27I love the way you drape.
00:06:29I was looking at the gowns, and I'm just like, I just need to watch him do that.
00:06:33The marriage of Candace and myself is most definitely Audrey Hepburn, me, partnering with Candace, Rihanna.
00:06:41So I think that I'm going to be really good.
00:06:43Oh, my God.
00:06:44That feels sexy already.
00:06:45I don't want to wear my bra today shirt.
00:06:48It's so fun.
00:07:00Can I do this forever?
00:07:01Oh, yeah.
00:07:03Amanda's color blocking, and she is so thrilled.
00:07:05Oh, my gosh.
00:07:06Isn't it pretty?
00:07:07You know, put her in a room, let her put some pieces together.
00:07:09She's game on.
00:07:10What else?
00:07:11Let's do more.
00:07:25Hi, designers.
00:07:26Hi.
00:07:27Congratulations.
00:07:29You made it to the finale.
00:07:30I'm so proud of you.
00:07:31And welcome back, ladies.
00:07:32Really nice to see you here.
00:07:33I heard that the judges had some very specific feedback for you on your signature looks.
00:07:38And I'm really interested to hear what they had to say and help you incorporate it into
00:07:41the rest of the collection.
00:07:42So, ladies, if you wouldn't mind leaving us for a moment.
00:07:44I'm going to zero in on the designers.
00:07:46Hey, Fabio.
00:07:47How's it going?
00:07:48Great.
00:07:49This is an amazing fabric.
00:07:50I know.
00:07:51I'm obsessed with it.
00:07:52This is my finale piece because my finale piece became my signature look.
00:07:55What was the main feedback you got yesterday on your signature look?
00:07:58Go big.
00:07:59They wanted me to go full out.
00:08:00What we love about you is that you are out there and that there are too many things going
00:08:04on at once.
00:08:05And that your proportions are weird, but somehow you make them work.
00:08:08So, you do you.
00:08:09So, let's go down the line.
00:08:10What else do we have?
00:08:11Yeah.
00:08:12So, this is in order.
00:08:13So, this will be first, second, and third look.
00:08:14Are you going to change this look at all before it goes?
00:08:16Not changing the skirt.
00:08:17Okay.
00:08:18I'm cutting the top again.
00:08:19They hated the print.
00:08:20It was a really good idea to get rid of the bird fabric.
00:08:22Fabio's colors are so beautiful.
00:08:24And that front was not right.
00:08:26So, I'm going with yellow.
00:08:27So, you're going to have yellow here.
00:08:28Yellow here.
00:08:29Yellow anywhere else in the collection?
00:08:30And then, this is the second look.
00:08:31There's going to be a yellow top underneath.
00:08:33Nice.
00:08:34Yeah.
00:08:35Yellow being the front first look.
00:08:36Front and second.
00:08:37And that's it?
00:08:38Mm-hmm.
00:08:39It's not coming back?
00:08:40No, it's not coming back.
00:08:41I'm concerned as it comes down the runway, is it going to have that impact?
00:08:44You got me sweating.
00:08:45I just want you to be yourself even louder than I'm seeing right now.
00:08:48Okay.
00:08:49And I would think about bringing that yellow back.
00:08:50It might be that the yellow comes back here.
00:08:52I think that's a nice idea that you just had on your own, Fabio.
00:08:56So, it's you.
00:08:57It's you amplified.
00:08:58Good luck, Fabio.
00:08:59I'll see you at the finale.
00:09:00Great.
00:09:02Hi, Stanley.
00:09:03Hi, Ann.
00:09:04How are you?
00:09:05I'm good.
00:09:06What do the judges have to say about your look?
00:09:07I got a really good feedback.
00:09:08I mean, a couple critiques.
00:09:09This skirt, to me, just feels a touch heavy.
00:09:11Perhaps you have one too many layers.
00:09:13Okay.
00:09:14I don't like leather around anybody's neck.
00:09:15I would, like, be choking the whole night.
00:09:17So, I mean, I'm going to keep it, but I need to make it a complete look.
00:09:20Fantastic.
00:09:21So, how is this signature look expressed the rest of the collection?
00:09:24Well, my three words, modern, bold, and classic.
00:09:27That was inspired by the military room at the Smithsonian.
00:09:30Mm-hmm.
00:09:31So, these touches of military throughout and some romanticism.
00:09:33These are great neutral colors.
00:09:35These are, frankly, the colors that people wear the most.
00:09:37Mm-hmm.
00:09:38I see the vision going all the way through, and it's very Stanley.
00:09:41But I actually have known you to do color and a little more vintage inspired.
00:09:44Right.
00:09:45So, you want to make sure you have that real standout runway moment.
00:09:47Mm-hmm.
00:09:48Yeah.
00:09:49Where is that going to come in this collection?
00:09:50I'm doing some color blocking.
00:09:51Okay.
00:09:52I'm playing with volume, different silhouettes.
00:09:54I'm just a little worried that the colors are just not going to stand out.
00:09:57I'm not a fan of Stanley's color choice.
00:10:00I think that his collection is a bit dowdy.
00:10:03I think it's going to make a really good Stanley finale show.
00:10:07This is all very nice, but you don't get points for just tasteful, classy, and wearable.
00:10:14Coming up on Project Runway All-Stars.
00:10:16We got to crank it out, Candace.
00:10:18Anthony has never made a collection before.
00:10:21Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Project Runway All-Stars season finale.
00:10:26This is all very nice, but you don't get points for just tasteful, classy, and wearable.
00:10:36Anne has been so helpful to me this season as far as her editing eye, which is really, really strong.
00:10:42I just don't want you to go quietly into that runway show.
00:10:44I know.
00:10:45And you know what?
00:10:46You're right.
00:10:47So, I'm taking her advice.
00:10:48I'm just thinking, how can I add a little more drama to my collection?
00:10:51Well, you know what?
00:10:52Since they did add the seventh piece, maybe that's a moment that I should think about.
00:10:57I think you're going to need that to win.
00:10:58Okay.
00:10:59Don't go with another shade of blue or tan.
00:11:01I just think you need a pop.
00:11:03Yeah.
00:11:04Thankfully, we get an additional trip to Mood.
00:11:06Now, it's a seventh piece collection, so maybe I'll be able to shop for some color.
00:11:10Good luck, Stanley.
00:11:12I'm really looking forward to seeing this.
00:11:14I've got some work to do.
00:11:15How did it go yesterday?
00:11:16I took the advice that you gave me about bringing the Rihanna into it, and I think it really helped me.
00:11:21I think she has a lot of drama and a lot of presence, and I really think that's where you're headed as a designer.
00:11:26So, tell me how you've envisioned the whole collection.
00:11:28I like this idea of, like, sexy camisoles with these dramatic bottoms.
00:11:33Is this lambskin?
00:11:34Mm-hmm.
00:11:35Anthony, I love when you use bold color.
00:11:36I'm a little worried.
00:11:37I just see white and black up here.
00:11:38Oh, no.
00:11:39Okay.
00:11:40I'm not going to disappoint you, and the color is here.
00:11:42This is my print.
00:11:43Oh, that's fantastic.
00:11:44I've done them already in a high-waist pant, and I'm also doing some of my paint technique that you've helped me to refine.
00:11:50Very bold.
00:11:51This Swiss dot will not remain the Swiss dot. It's actually going to have ostrich feathers individually placed on them with the colors of the collection.
00:11:59Do you have the ostrich feathers here?
00:12:00Yes, girl.
00:12:01Let me go get my rack for you, Anne.
00:12:03Okay.
00:12:04I just want to show you my color.
00:12:07You've got color.
00:12:08To the feathers that you were mentioning, we have all colors.
00:12:10Oh.
00:12:11I'm actually doing a feather cocktail, which is going to be interesting.
00:12:15Now, I'm no longer worried about you being boring.
00:12:18I am concerned about the busy craziness of this.
00:12:20I've got this fabulous bold print, ostrich feathers, paint.
00:12:23Maybe there's too much going on.
00:12:25I know.
00:12:26I like that you're concerned.
00:12:27I'd be nervous if you were just like, Anthony.
00:12:28And you don't have a lot of time, Anthony.
00:12:29No, I don't have a lot of time.
00:12:30And you have so many elements.
00:12:31I know this will seem weird to everyone else, but I'm happy.
00:12:34You just need to, like, maybe meditate for 30 seconds and think, what's the most important thing to do?
00:12:39I'd rather have Anne tell me to scale it back within ideas than to pump it up and then I just go to adding a lot of afterthoughts.
00:12:47Designers, it has been such a pleasure mentoring you this season.
00:12:50I've really loved watching you all grow as designers.
00:12:53And I'd be happy to have any of the three of you working for me at Mary Claire.
00:12:56And remember, one of you is going to be working for me at Mary Claire.
00:12:59I look forward to it, no matter who it is.
00:13:01Now, about the collections.
00:13:03Two of you need to amp it up.
00:13:06This is the Project Runway All Stars finale.
00:13:08It requires, demands drama.
00:13:11One of you, on the other hand, needs to rein it in.
00:13:13I'll let you figure out amongst yourselves what I'm talking about.
00:13:17I'm really excited to see these final collections and I will be with you backstage.
00:13:21Good luck, designers.
00:13:22Thank you, Anne.
00:13:23Thank you, Anne.
00:13:24The push note was for me.
00:13:28Well, was that you and me?
00:13:29It was you and me.
00:13:30Anthony, can I borrow something?
00:13:32Let's go to Anthony's where I can go shopping.
00:13:38How'd it go?
00:13:39I think she likes what I'm doing.
00:13:40She's concerned that I may have too many details.
00:13:42Did you say you were going to put feathers on this?
00:13:44Yeah, I told her even if the color feathers don't work, the ostrich feathers could work in black.
00:13:49Or like you said, no feathers at all.
00:13:51No feathers at all, which is fine by me.
00:13:57Alright guys, we have one hour.
00:14:02I feel like I'm hitting a wall with this ivory look.
00:14:04It's a very prim understructure with a very voluminous coat over it.
00:14:09Don't worry about what you would do.
00:14:10This is now.
00:14:11We want Fabio times ten.
00:14:13I feel like Helen is really just reaffirming what Anne said to push it forward.
00:14:17That jumpsuit alone is like new Fabio.
00:14:20Okay.
00:14:21This is the Fabio I know.
00:14:22That makes sense to me.
00:14:23That's the push that I needed right now just because I feel like there's elements of this collection that I could bring into this look.
00:14:29So I'm going to bring back the smocking.
00:14:31Oh.
00:14:32Yeah?
00:14:33Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:14:34Okay, good.
00:14:39So it's the end of the day and we've completed three garments.
00:14:42Everything is really good.
00:14:44Color.
00:14:45Easy to infuse some color.
00:14:47Yeah.
00:14:48What if we just put lightly colored ribbon in between the tan subtly and then pick it up someplace else?
00:14:54Yeah.
00:14:55Oh.
00:14:56Guys, that's the end of work day.
00:14:58Let's revisit this tomorrow.
00:15:00Yeah.
00:15:01Shmo!
00:15:02Shmo!
00:15:03All right, guys.
00:15:0430 minutes to shop.
00:15:05Because we have an additional look, we get some extra money and we get a trip to move.
00:15:19Six yards.
00:15:20For my additional piece, the design is going to be a big, huge sweeping script which is going to be a big, bold, colorful statement right in the middle of the collection.
00:15:27It's going to break out the monotony of the same basic colors that I have.
00:15:30Six yards.
00:15:32Since I'm replacing my print, I still want to keep the vibrancy and the playfulness.
00:15:37So I feel like I'm going to go with the brightest color in this color scheme right now, which is like a sun yellow.
00:15:42Because that's what mama's looking for.
00:15:44I'm looking for some black velvet for my seventh look.
00:15:48And I may be doing a little paint technique because there's nothing more beautiful than painted velvet.
00:15:52It's time.
00:15:53Thank you, Mood.
00:15:54Thank you, Mood.
00:15:55Thank you, Mood.
00:15:56All right.
00:15:57We in here.
00:15:58Pretty.
00:15:59All right.
00:16:00We got some color in here.
00:16:03Now that I have an additional yellow fabric, my plan of action for today is to drape my tops.
00:16:12Cool.
00:16:13And make sure the collection is still harmonious.
00:16:16Number one and six are today.
00:16:18Before, I'm going to go ahead and put that together too.
00:16:20Today is model fitting, so before the model fitting, my goal is to have all seven pieces ready to fit.
00:16:25If I can make a dress in an hour, I can make a jumpsuit in 20 minutes, right?
00:16:29If I make this dress come to life, I am a bad bitch.
00:16:35I want to win because I want to do something to be proud of myself.
00:16:39But to do that, you must first believe in yourself.
00:16:42During Project Runway, I was learning and trying new things.
00:16:47It seems too boring.
00:16:49And then I was eliminated in my season of All Stars.
00:16:54So now to make it this far, there's just a level of humility that's just guiding me through this process.
00:17:00This is fresh as a daisy.
00:17:03This is so much fun.
00:17:04And I thought it was such an original thought.
00:17:07Will you make me this dress?
00:17:08I am truly happy to be able to deliver a collection for the first time before the Project Runway All Stars audience.
00:17:19I like it better on the navy than the gold.
00:17:22I don't like it in the middle.
00:17:23I like it on the bottom.
00:17:24Okay.
00:17:25Let's do it.
00:17:26One, two.
00:17:27How many shells do you guys have?
00:17:29Four right now.
00:17:30We'll have six.
00:17:32Maybe seven.
00:17:33Just like bare bones put together.
00:17:35Three.
00:17:36How many do you have?
00:17:37Three.
00:17:38Well, you want some super detailed and finished.
00:17:42No.
00:17:43I'm like, you can't.
00:17:44Anthony has never made a collection before, so I don't know if he understands the pace.
00:17:51Cut that damn skirt as fast as you possibly can.
00:17:54I know Anthony can, like, pull some stuff out.
00:17:56I might have to seam this to get it.
00:17:58That's fine.
00:17:59I don't give a .
00:18:00If you can get it, let's get it.
00:18:01But a whole collection?
00:18:03I don't know.
00:18:04Do it fast.
00:18:05We gotta crank it out, Candace.
00:18:06Do you like that cut?
00:18:08Or do you want me to?
00:18:09Honey, as long as you do something, I'm okay.
00:18:11I know that Anthony feels the pressure.
00:18:14I mean, I feel pressured, and it's not even my collection that has to be judged and my prize on the line.
00:18:20So, yeah, there's a lot at stake here.
00:18:24Coming up on Project Runway All-Stars.
00:18:27Stanley, why is that wavy?
00:18:29Damn it.
00:18:31Please welcome guest judges Zach Pozen and Catherine Zeta Jones.
00:18:47I'm discouraged.
00:18:49Don't be.
00:18:50We still have three hours.
00:18:52The one thing I've learned about Anthony is he goes through this process for hours to try and find this creative design piece.
00:19:02He'll just, like, drag it, drag it, drag it, and then, like, the very end, he creates, like, beautiful pieces out of nowhere, which I feel like is starting to develop now.
00:19:11It's just we have no more time.
00:19:13Actually, you know what?
00:19:14I'm just gonna stitch it, and then cut the side seams, and then cut the hem.
00:19:17Okay.
00:19:19And then we gonna have a dress, baby.
00:19:21I'm gonna go spray paint.
00:19:22All right.
00:19:23I have these wooden belt buckles that I got from Mood, and I'm gonna use them on my coat, but I want them black.
00:19:36I'm going to apply them on the bib of my jacket so this doesn't look like a big blob of white.
00:19:41Those circles that you're painting are gonna go on the cloak.
00:19:43Now I get it.
00:19:44You're gonna die when you see this stand right here.
00:19:52Fabio's collection is turning out really beautiful.
00:19:55He had that punch of color with the yellow.
00:19:57He's really amped up his aesthetic.
00:19:59He's competition, definitely.
00:20:00Is it me?
00:20:01Or is the stripe becoming heavy?
00:20:04I feel like the silhouette is the strongest point in my collection.
00:20:08I'm trying to push it with every single look.
00:20:10The stripe needs to be resolved, but it should stay.
00:20:12Okay.
00:20:13I didn't think I was gonna be in the finale.
00:20:15I knew I was gonna be in the finale because I came back with an intention.
00:20:20Project Runway season 10, I didn't feel confident enough to win, but I made it so far that I realized my talent.
00:20:26Here's what I love about this dress.
00:20:28You could wear it to work, wear it to go to a party.
00:20:30It just has a lot of legs.
00:20:33Mm-hmm.
00:20:34My last season of All Stars, I got cut off right before the finale.
00:20:39Fabio, your choice to work with such a difficult fabric was a bad choice.
00:20:46But this season on All Stars, I'm so proud of everything that I put out.
00:20:52I want to win this competition to make my family proud of me.
00:20:57I want them to see what I've done and just realize that everything wasn't in vain.
00:21:01Turned out really pretty, huh?
00:21:03We did like a take on America.
00:21:05Ooh!
00:21:06Tell the story, girl.
00:21:07It's a sportswear take on red, white, and blue.
00:21:11Oh, my God.
00:21:12All right, I'm ready.
00:21:14We're about to have 21 girls coming in.
00:21:18Oh, my God.
00:21:19Ooh!
00:21:20A lot of girls.
00:21:21Hi!
00:21:22So, Amanda is gonna take Tasha, Anna, and Alina.
00:21:25You're the first one.
00:21:27Model fittings today are gonna be really crazy because I have seven looks to fit.
00:21:31Oh, gorgeous.
00:21:32I need to really make decisions.
00:21:34Yeah, it needs a sleeve.
00:21:36It does.
00:21:37It needs that sleeve.
00:21:38I need to put the whole look on, take the picture, and keep it moving.
00:21:42Perfect.
00:21:43Oh, I'm so excited.
00:21:45I love it when Stanley gets so excited.
00:21:47So, model fitting is going really good.
00:21:49It's really cool to see the girls just put the clothes on and have them come to life.
00:21:52Take up about a half inch on the waist, I think.
00:21:54All my models love their look, and everything is fitting really good.
00:21:57So, I'm just soaking it all in.
00:21:59One, two, three.
00:22:01I'm not using this damn skirt, but I'm gonna use it as a fit for your body.
00:22:06I am scrapping my signature look.
00:22:08I think that the fabric is just difficult to work with.
00:22:12The color is so vibrant that it overpowers my print.
00:22:16I'm a little nervous, but you know what?
00:22:18I am just allowing my creativity to guide me.
00:22:21Candace, don't check out on me.
00:22:23Stay present.
00:22:24She's like, shut up, bitch, I hate you.
00:22:27Ugh.
00:22:28Okay, you guys.
00:22:29Time's up for the model fitting.
00:22:31Bye.
00:22:32Bye.
00:22:33Bye.
00:22:34Woo.
00:22:39Jumpsuit needs a zipper, hem.
00:22:41I don't care what the devil didn't say yet.
00:22:43This dress is getting done this night.
00:22:49Guys, we have one hour to the end of work day.
00:22:51Stanley, do you have to make another look?
00:22:53I'm gonna do the color dress tomorrow.
00:22:55Tonight, I'm gonna do the white and the jumpsuit.
00:22:57The problem with Anthony's stuff, man, it's like structured and boating.
00:23:01Mm-hmm.
00:23:02Yeah.
00:23:03It's a lot to try to accomplish.
00:23:04Took me two hours to make two corsets.
00:23:06Yeah.
00:23:07I'm like, this is not worth it because it's gonna be covered.
00:23:09Mm-hmm.
00:23:10Well, it's also gonna run into his time management.
00:23:12We basically have one day left in the work room, and we have six, seven pieces to make,
00:23:17and Anthony has barely had anything for the models.
00:23:20He needs to hone his ideas in.
00:23:21He doesn't wanna keep that skirt.
00:23:23No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
00:23:24And we have no time.
00:23:25This is a beautiful color.
00:23:27Repurpose it.
00:23:28He doesn't want to.
00:23:29It's crazy.
00:23:30So I think you should keep the blue skirt for the sake of time.
00:23:34It's got too many flowers, and it's gonna be easier to make a new one.
00:23:38I officially say goodbye to her.
00:23:40She's way too much difficulty.
00:23:42I'm a bit envious of the other two designers because they are getting so much done, but I'm
00:23:49all about fit.
00:23:50I'm about infrastructure.
00:23:51I'm about construction.
00:23:52If we can finish the stuff that we know we can finish today, that'd be perfect.
00:23:56With so many pieces, I remind myself that it is slow and steady that wins the race.
00:24:01You can do the stitching, and I can do all the tweaking stuff, making it what I call lovely.
00:24:07All right, guys, that's time.
00:24:10Come on, Anthony.
00:24:11Okay, we're leaving, boo.
00:24:21This is our last full day in the workroom.
00:24:23I need to complete all my garments and do all the finishing, whether it's hems, buttons, zippers, all that stuff.
00:24:30Before you get to the top, what else can you do?
00:24:32Finish the pantsuit.
00:24:34Okay.
00:24:35Today, I'm going as fast as I can, but making sure that I'm being thorough.
00:24:38It is daunting.
00:24:40Listen, favorite, don't make me beat your ass today, okay?
00:24:44Do you want to start with that and do the facing?
00:24:46This?
00:24:47Cazar?
00:24:48Yeah.
00:24:49Let's get it cracking.
00:24:50I still have to put finishings on everything.
00:24:51That's why I'm so grateful to have Helen, because she's doing all the zippers for me.
00:24:55And is that being hems as well?
00:24:57You know it.
00:24:58I still have to resolve the drape of the jumpsuit, the drape of the yellow cardigan.
00:25:03I actually really like it.
00:25:04Helen and I have to go look by look and make sure that we don't put it down until it's fully finished.
00:25:09Hems for days.
00:25:10Hems for days.
00:25:11Mm-hmm.
00:25:14This is so freaking lush.
00:25:16It looks really good.
00:25:17Yeah?
00:25:18When you're right, you're right.
00:25:19I hate putting in zippers.
00:25:21I really do.
00:25:22Stanley, why is that wavy?
00:25:24Huh?
00:25:25Why is it wavy?
00:25:27You just can't send bad zippers down the runway, because the judges are going to see that.
00:25:33I'm going to have to figure out how can I fix it.
00:25:37Did it ripple?
00:25:38Yeah.
00:25:39Is it leather?
00:25:40Yeah.
00:25:41Yeah.
00:25:42Yeah.
00:25:43Yeah.
00:25:44Yeah.
00:25:45Yeah.
00:25:46Paper clip it, and you have to stitch super slow.
00:25:47I have a suede.
00:25:48It's like a vest dress.
00:25:49Sort of.
00:25:50I don't know how precious time is until you need it.
00:25:51I got to finish the skirt.
00:25:52Ugh.
00:25:53Candace, I miss you so very much.
00:25:54My nerves are at the extremities, and I still need help.
00:25:58Oh, crap.
00:25:59Stanley, why is that wavy?
00:26:06Did it ripple?
00:26:08Yeah.
00:26:09Yeah.
00:26:10Is it leather?
00:26:11Yeah.
00:26:12Paper clip it, and you have to stitch super slow.
00:26:15I have a suede.
00:26:16It's like a vest dress sort of thing, but I had a little bit of a hiccup with the zipper.
00:26:20No, I need to redo it anyway.
00:26:22Okay.
00:26:23Because I don't like it.
00:26:24That's okay.
00:26:25It'll be fine.
00:26:26There's always a solution.
00:26:28Oh, that's dope.
00:26:31I'm going to paint because it's the technique that is specific to me.
00:26:35Every time I've ever painted, it has landed me in a great place.
00:26:38For all the boys who never loved me.
00:26:40For all the burgers that hunted me in the middle of the night.
00:26:43The only thing that I have scrapped for my collection are the feathers, but it was always
00:26:47a choice between the feathers and the paint.
00:26:49Okay, now that looks good.
00:26:51Fabio, you go with your collection.
00:26:54You're like the boyfriend to all the girlfriends.
00:26:56Kind of.
00:26:57I'm driving you the gondola.
00:27:00There's your list.
00:27:01I gotta go.
00:27:02I know.
00:27:04Amanda has to go, and I'm sad, but we have accomplished so much.
00:27:10We've had so much fun, and I couldn't have done it without her.
00:27:13Thank you, Candace, for everything.
00:27:16Hallelujah.
00:27:17Thank you, Jesus, for Candace.
00:27:19She had my back.
00:27:21Good luck.
00:27:22Thank you so much.
00:27:23I wish we could do it all the way to the end, and I still need help.
00:27:27You'll be okay.
00:27:28Bye.
00:27:30Bye, boys.
00:27:31Bye.
00:27:32Bye, ladies.
00:27:33Thank you for everything.
00:27:35Well, they were a big help, though.
00:27:38I'm gonna say.
00:27:39Yeah.
00:27:40We have one hour.
00:27:41You don't know how precious time is until you need it, huh?
00:27:43All right, back at it.
00:27:44We have a lot of work to do.
00:27:45I have got to get this jumpsuit together.
00:27:47I have to do some hemming, some zippers, complete a jumpsuit.
00:27:50I'm just exhausted.
00:27:51The runway's tomorrow.
00:27:53I really need to haul ass and get it done.
00:27:59The only thing that I have to do is press and put the steps and put the closures and steam.
00:28:04Thank God I don't have any construction to do.
00:28:07All right, guys, we have 15 minutes.
00:28:0915 minutes to the end of day.
00:28:11I have so much going on.
00:28:14I got to create a bodice, finish a skirt.
00:28:17I just have so much to do.
00:28:19Ugh.
00:28:20Ugh.
00:28:21Hell yeah, I'm stressed.
00:28:27That's time.
00:28:28Wow.
00:28:29You look up and you see everything's almost done.
00:28:33Ooh.
00:28:34Sparkles.
00:28:36It's the last day before the runway, and we get to the end of day.
00:28:40And we get to bask in the glory of this moment because it's a lot of hard work just to get to the top three.
00:28:46It is so sweet to be able to share this experience with you two gentlemen.
00:28:49That's what makes it all so beautiful, is that we really had each other's back and they have been my brothers.
00:28:54You're safe?
00:28:55You're safe.
00:28:56You're safe.
00:28:57Actually, no.
00:28:58What?
00:28:59Just kidding, bitches!
00:29:02Don't do this.
00:29:03Don't do this.
00:29:04Get it, sis.
00:29:05It's the only way I can get up under here, child.
00:29:09But hold on, Stanley.
00:29:11One, two, three.
00:29:13I'm at four.
00:29:14We're not doing no damn eight pieces with two sides and a biscuit on this challenge, Stanley.
00:29:18I'm having so much fun doing it this time just because of you guys, too, because you just bring me out of my shelf.
00:29:23You like Stanley.
00:29:24You know what?
00:29:25I just picked a little Soul Train cartoon to keep coming through.
00:29:28Uh-oh.
00:29:29It's just a joke.
00:29:31No, because I wouldn't do you like this thing.
00:29:35Oh, great.
00:29:36The unconventional challenge.
00:29:38I don't know.
00:29:39Don't hurt each other.
00:29:41This is dangerous!
00:29:44Stanley, how did you work your balls into your look?
00:29:47Well, how many times are we going to say balls today?
00:29:50Balls.
00:29:52It validates the experience being here with you and being here with you because I appreciate you so much for what you do.
00:29:58Being in great company can push you to be your best as well.
00:30:02We brought the heat.
00:30:03I am so going to miss these guys.
00:30:05Our journey together, how we've grown and become friends, and how this journey has changed us.
00:30:10They have truly touched me in a way that I didn't expect.
00:30:15Look at this room.
00:30:16And everything seemed like it all happened yesterday.
00:30:19Oh, yeah.
00:30:20Then there's tomorrow.
00:30:21Then there's tomorrow.
00:30:22So it's the day of all of our collections.
00:30:38I have to make a brand new bodice top right the day of.
00:30:42I have to finish my ivory stretch satin skirt.
00:30:45You name it, I have to do it this morning.
00:30:48Candace, I miss you so very much.
00:30:52I feel like I'm battery powered today.
00:30:54My nerves are at the extremities, but I'm really just going to keep focused and do all of my garments so I'm done and I can actually take a moment with this.
00:31:01Go, Stanley, go!
00:31:03I'm hemming.
00:31:04I'm steaming.
00:31:05I'm just running back and forth.
00:31:06I'm sewing machine to the ironing board.
00:31:07It's just a lot of things to juggle at once.
00:31:10Just take deep breaths.
00:31:11Take a deep one.
00:31:13Oh, crap.
00:31:16Hello, ladies.
00:31:17This is going to be fun.
00:31:19My vision is coming to life.
00:31:20You feel accomplished.
00:31:21You feel proud.
00:31:22You know?
00:31:23It's just like, I did this.
00:31:24Wow.
00:31:25I feel like nerves became anxiety.
00:31:27Then anxiety became excitement.
00:31:28Then excitement became nervousness again.
00:31:31How does that feel?
00:31:32I do not know if the judges will respond to the idea of this little black dress within a collection.
00:31:37You know, a runway show should be dramatic, but I have to have an LBD in my collection.
00:31:42But I have no clue if they're going to get it.
00:31:44You look good, mama.
00:31:45Let me see rings on you.
00:31:47To complement my look, at the intermixed accessory wall, I'm just taking every single silver ring.
00:31:53And I want all the girls to look like gypsy goddesses, like as many rings as I can.
00:31:58It's a girl.
00:31:59Hands.
00:32:00And...
00:32:01Hello.
00:32:02Runway day.
00:32:03Welcome to the Fertile Hair Salon.
00:32:05I want to do an exaggerated ponytail.
00:32:07We'll do like a nice cigarette through it.
00:32:09Oh yeah.
00:32:10Just to create a little detail throughout the pony.
00:32:11That sounds perfect.
00:32:12Welcome to the Rodial Glam Room.
00:32:14For the makeup, I want to do a very all-American girl face.
00:32:17Just beautiful and fresh face.
00:32:19Rodial makes a gorgeous color.
00:32:21It's called wet.
00:32:22She's going to be gorgeous.
00:32:24My collection is inspired as if Audrey Hepburn lived long enough to become Rihanna.
00:32:29Rihanna as well as Audrey both have worn short pixie cuts.
00:32:33So that's the one thing that I know you will see reflected that shows the inspiration from both ladies.
00:32:39I'm going to make it happen.
00:32:40All right.
00:32:42See you soon.
00:32:43I want a matte red lip.
00:32:44And I want a strong eyebrow because that's something that Audrey Hepburn was known for.
00:32:50Good luck.
00:32:51So my collection is very extremist.
00:32:54Like shapes are very exaggerated.
00:32:55Concept is very exaggerated.
00:32:57We use the Superhold hairspray, break it back, and then we'll finish it off with the Roman oil.
00:33:01Just for a nice, really sleek look.
00:33:03I want extreme beauty, but not lose her natural beauty.
00:33:07Instead of painting a lot of the face, I'm just going to go with the eyebrows.
00:33:10So it'll all be sculpted with that drama point brow.
00:33:14Yeah, definitely.
00:33:16All right, guys.
00:33:1730 minutes to runway.
00:33:19Okay.
00:33:20Good.
00:33:21I want to win because I want to prove that beyond where you come from and wherever it
00:33:25is that people think you might go, anything that you put your mind to and you believe
00:33:29in, you can do it.
00:33:30How do you feel?
00:33:31Good.
00:33:32Good.
00:33:33I already feel like I'm the queen.
00:33:35I already feel like I've won.
00:33:36I really just want to be crowned.
00:33:38Do you want to do it to your shoe?
00:33:39Yeah.
00:33:40I feel like the judges are really going to respond well to this collection.
00:33:43You say you're in the right spot.
00:33:44Everything is just so well thought out that even if they don't like specifics, they will
00:33:49understand the whole.
00:33:50Love it.
00:33:51I want to win this because there's so much of myself that I've given away for the sake
00:33:55of this delusion of grandeur that I can be a fashion designer.
00:33:59God gave me a mind that thinks and it thinks about pockets.
00:34:02So that's what I have to do.
00:34:04Do you guys like everything?
00:34:06I'm so serious about this.
00:34:08Winning all-stars would be really good for my design business.
00:34:11And we'll just elevate it to another level.
00:34:13Okay.
00:34:14It'd be really cool.
00:34:16Really cool.
00:34:17You guys look really good.
00:34:20All right, guys.
00:34:21Let's head to the final runway.
00:34:24You got this.
00:34:25Yeah.
00:34:26Thanks, girls.
00:34:27Okay.
00:34:28I think it's anybody's game.
00:34:30I wish one of those bitches did something wrong, but I can't find a flaw.
00:34:35All right, Stanley.
00:34:36Let's do it.
00:34:37All of us did what we had to do, so it's going to be a really tough call.
00:34:42Hi, gentlemen.
00:34:43I truly want to win, but if I lose to one of these gentlemen, I'm still in great company.
00:34:49That's how I feel.
00:34:50Oh, Lord.
00:34:54Coming up on Project Runway All-Stars.
00:34:57This is a little girl's dream come true right here.
00:35:00These pieces are so controlled.
00:35:02It's stunning, sophisticated, and beautifully executed.
00:35:05It's dramatic without being theatrical.
00:35:08Congratulations, darling.
00:35:09I think you did an amazing job.
00:35:24Thank you so much.
00:35:28Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Project Runway All-Stars season finale.
00:35:33Three months ago, 16 all-star designers returned to Project Runway to showcase their talent.
00:35:45Only three remain, and tonight the winner is crowned.
00:35:49Let's meet our seasoned judges.
00:35:51First, please welcome co-founder and designer of Marquesa, Miss Georgina Chapman.
00:35:56And next, one of the most iconic names in American fashion, designer Isaac Mizrahi.
00:36:09Our first guest judge is a multi-award winning actress.
00:36:11She received a Tony Award for her work on Broadway, but she is best known for a string of blockbuster movies, including The Mask of Zorro, Traffic, Ocean's 12, and Chicago, winning a British Academy Award and an Oscar in the process.
00:36:36Please welcome Catherine Zeta Jones.
00:36:48And our final guest judge's label has grown into one of the hottest properties in fashion.
00:36:54Please welcome acclaimed designer and Project Runway judge, Zach Pozen.
00:37:06Each finalist has created a seven-piece collection designed to make their mark in American fashion history.
00:37:13One of the winning looks will go into the permanent collection of the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History.
00:37:20The designers had just five days to make their collection, so please give them lots of support and enjoy the show.
00:37:28Good evening. This show celebrates all the qualities of the girl that inspires me.
00:37:42She is a bold, modern, classic American woman. So enjoy. Thank you.
00:37:46Oh, Stanley, that's amazing.
00:38:02I wanted to start with the pal.
00:38:04You did it! Oh my God!
00:38:27That is more color than I've seen, than I saw all last week.
00:38:32I love that detail on the skirt, and I like how it echoes the one from the first look.
00:38:40Yeah.
00:38:41Are those pants? Mm-hmm. It's actually a whole one jumpsuit.
00:38:51There's your look. I know.
00:39:01And did you do anything to just look at the first time?
00:39:03I just cleaned up all the linings, re-hemmed all the hemmed and evened everything out.
00:39:11I just cleaned up all the hemmed all the hemmed and everything out.
00:39:21And did you do anything to just look at the first time?
00:39:23I just cleaned up all the linings, re-hemmed all the hemmed and evened everything out.
00:39:27It's amazing, Stanley. Congratulations. I'm so proud of you.
00:39:29Thank you so much.
00:39:31Thank you so much.
00:39:55My collection is inspired by the concept of time, past, present and future,
00:40:05merging as one to create contrast between classic and modern.
00:40:24I hope you enjoy.
00:40:26Thank you so much.
00:40:34What's going on with this music?
00:40:35I'm obsessed with accordions. My grandfather used to play accordions.
00:40:38Oh, my God.
00:40:39And I feel like since I'm nodding to my grandma with the smoking,
00:40:41I needed to nod to my grandfather with the instrument.
00:40:50Now, is this the first look that you retooled?
00:40:52Yes. So I took off the print and substituted for the yellow.
00:40:56Yeah.
00:41:22This is really subtle, this one back here.
00:41:24Yeah.
00:41:25But I still see the boxiness.
00:41:26I love that.
00:41:48Look at the back of that jacket. That's amazing.
00:41:49I know. I brought this mocking back in.
00:41:51Brilliant.
00:42:11How do you feel about that look now?
00:42:12I'm excited.
00:42:13This fabric looks amazing.
00:42:14Fabio, congratulations. I'm so excited for you.
00:42:56Hi.
00:42:57My collection is inspired by the idea that Audrey Hepburn lived long enough to become Rihanna.
00:43:03I truly have enjoyed my journey here at Project Runway All Stars, and I hope that my work speaks for me.
00:43:09Thank you and God bless.
00:43:10Thank you and God bless.
00:43:26You did the piece.
00:43:27Yes.
00:43:28But you know it's so subtle, I did.
00:43:29Yeah.
00:43:30It wasn't like hitting you over the head, which I love.
00:43:31I've refined it.
00:43:32Well edited.
00:43:34.
00:43:35.
00:43:38.
00:44:09This is an amazing piece.
00:44:14You've got like at least three different materials there, right?
00:44:16Yeah.
00:44:17And some paint?
00:44:18And some paint.
00:44:19I don't know, I just wanted it to be graphic and use a textile to kind of balance the sweetness
00:44:22of that neckline.
00:44:23A little bit of rock and roll going on.
00:44:25Right.
00:44:26Look at the back of that dress.
00:44:40Only one strap.
00:44:41Mm-hmm.
00:44:42Only one strap.
00:44:43Very cool.
00:44:44Oh my God, look at that dress.
00:44:56What a dramatic way to end the collection.
00:44:58Thank you Anthony.
00:44:59You've done it by the way.
00:45:00Thank you Anthony.
00:45:01I dressed up for you guys.
00:45:05Thank you Anthony, I dressed up for you guys.
00:45:26I thought it was phenomenal.
00:45:39The fact that these designers had five days to pull this off is mind blowing.
00:45:43This was my favorite all-stars finale, I think like thus far, even in my season.
00:45:47I was picking out left and right which ones I wanted to go home with.
00:45:50Yeah, we definitely had favorites.
00:45:51Yeah.
00:45:52Fabio's attention to detail with the smocking was like so impressive.
00:45:57I love Anthony's collection.
00:45:58It was by far my favorite.
00:46:00I could wear every single piece.
00:46:02I really like Stanley's collection.
00:46:03I really like his use of embellishment.
00:46:05If I had to pick a winner tonight, I would go with Fabio.
00:46:08I'm glad that I'm not a judge because I think it's a really hard decision for them to make.
00:46:17Designers, three months ago you returned to the runway.
00:46:20You designed resort wear, avant-garde, and red carpet looks.
00:46:24You've been inspired by everything from food and wine pairings.
00:46:29Come on!
00:46:30To Isaac's exhibition.
00:46:32To the infinite universe.
00:46:34You created looks for music performers.
00:46:37Damsels in distress.
00:46:39And even Betty Boop.
00:46:41Ba-boop-ba-doop!
00:46:44You competed in teams to create a collection.
00:46:47Toured Zach's showroom.
00:46:49And created ball gowns.
00:46:51Out of, what else?
00:46:53Balls!
00:46:54Are you kidding me?
00:46:59All of this led to the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, D.C.
00:47:03where you were inspired to create the collections that we saw tonight.
00:47:08It's been an amazing journey.
00:47:10So we are going to critique each of you and we're going to start with Stanley.
00:47:14Fabio and Anthony, please wait in the backstage lounge.
00:47:17Stanley, tell us about your collection.
00:47:29I took such inspiration from the Smithsonian.
00:47:31I took a lot of influence from the military, the Pop Americana room, and I just really wanted to create a really beautiful, strong American collection.
00:47:38Congratulations, darling.
00:47:40I think you did an amazing job.
00:47:43I am mad about that red dress.
00:47:45I mean, there's something about the fact that it's completely chased.
00:47:47It's just a crew neck, long sleeves, you don't see a thing.
00:47:50And it's the sexiest dress that we saw today.
00:47:53I wish I didn't know those were belt buckles because it's an incredible idea.
00:47:57I just wish you had clipped off the buckle part so I didn't know it was a buckle.
00:48:01It's a real beauty in your simplicity, which I know isn't an easy thing to do.
00:48:06Well, I think you really have it is like in this first coat and this last look here.
00:48:12I mean, she was so much my favorite and I just wanted to see a little bit more of that girl.
00:48:15Yeah.
00:48:16But that said, this feels like real clothes that could be in a store right now.
00:48:20So I wrote a few things down.
00:48:22Okay.
00:48:23I wrote stunning, sophisticated, and beautifully executed.
00:48:27The first look really blew me away.
00:48:30She had a real modernity and regality to her.
00:48:33I like the metal accents because I think it gave it kind of a tech edge to it.
00:48:39For me, the final dress was out of left field.
00:48:42The collar and the veil felt a little costume-like to me, but overall I'm pretty blown away.
00:48:46Catherine Zeta-Jones, welcome to Project Runway All Stars.
00:48:49Thank you guys for having me because this is a little girl's dream come true right here.
00:48:55I was in awe of the first look.
00:48:58The way it billowed and that beautiful pleat at the back was just sensational.
00:49:03And then I was wowed by the final look.
00:49:06I am just thrilled to have been able to see this collection.
00:49:10I will watch you for the rest of your career.
00:49:12Oh, thank you.
00:49:13Can we have an encore of the way this pant looked in the back?
00:49:16Yeah, I mean, it's just...
00:49:18It's sharp.
00:49:19It's so beautiful.
00:49:20And can you turn around and then show me the pants as well?
00:49:23Yeah, beautiful.
00:49:24Look at those.
00:49:25Look at that crease.
00:49:26It's dramatic without being theatrical.
00:49:28Well done.
00:49:30Thank you, Stanley.
00:49:31You can wait in the backstage lounge.
00:49:32Thanks, judges.
00:49:33I wanted to come into this season of All Stars and just embrace it for all that it is and have a lot of fun and just enjoy myself when I've done it.
00:49:41This has been such a wild ride.
00:49:45Fabio, tell us about your collection.
00:49:50My collection was inspired by the idea of past, present and future happening at the same time.
00:49:56Classic silhouettes with modern silhouettes.
00:49:59Classic techniques with modern techniques.
00:50:01It just created looks that were cohesive in a collection but could stand out on their own separately.
00:50:06It's funny.
00:50:07You think by the end of the competition that I would know exactly who the designers are and what their capabilities are.
00:50:12But you've really stunned me today, Fabio.
00:50:14I didn't know that you were quite as good as this as draping.
00:50:19This jacket is constructed so beautifully and I love the shoulder and I love the modernity of it.
00:50:25I think it would be interesting to see these very polished, incredibly draped-cut pieces paired with something a little more street and a little more grungy like you are.
00:50:34The collection was moving to me.
00:50:36It was really emotional.
00:50:38That thing I love.
00:50:39Like when she first came out, I was like, no.
00:50:41By the end of the runway, I was like, only.
00:50:44It's my favorite look.
00:50:45And I will say, your collection, it's delicate in its oddness when it should be like odd, you know?
00:50:52Because you are, right?
00:50:53What a wonderful collection.
00:50:56And can I have your coat?
00:50:57Yeah.
00:50:58No, no!
00:50:59Well, okay, maybe later.
00:51:00It's just cool.
00:51:02I'm obsessed with the jumpsuit.
00:51:03That to me is the piece de resistance.
00:51:06It has everything that the whole of the collection has.
00:51:10And I love this beautiful bell sleeve.
00:51:13Mm-hmm.
00:51:14And it's just really feminine and edgy at the same time.
00:51:17I'm all about the jumpsuit.
00:51:19To me, this is timeless.
00:51:20It is an elegant lunch.
00:51:22It's Studio 54.
00:51:24The fifth look, I could have made that white drape into a dress.
00:51:28It was a dress, but I felt like it needed edge, and I felt like I didn't need a dress because my customer doesn't necessarily wear dresses.
00:51:35I think you did a beautiful job.
00:51:37Now I'd just like to read you a little story about what I wrote down in my book after watching your collection.
00:51:42Feels like something I've never seen before, innovative in design and vision, modern but still relatable, and all of your work is so beautiful.
00:51:52I want to see the back of that yellow cardigan.
00:51:54Sure.
00:51:55Yeah, I just thought that that was brilliant.
00:51:58Thank you, Fabio.
00:51:59Thank you, guys.
00:52:00Great job.
00:52:01Thank you so much.
00:52:02I feel like collections is what I do best because I like to take people away from reality and transport them into fantasy.
00:52:16Anthony, tell us about your collection.
00:52:18Well, my collection was inspired by the idea, Audra Heffern lived long enough to become Rihanna.
00:52:24I truly have been inspired by my journey here at Project Runway All Stars, from Georgina teaching me about proportions,
00:52:30you teaching me how to bring the human, what I do, going to the Zach Pose and Atelier, where I got to flip your dresses in,
00:52:37and I was like, oh, he puts boning with the horse hair braid in the crinoline.
00:52:41People think that I'm just the one-liner guy or I'm just funny, but I'm really so much more.
00:52:47And that's what I really wanted to show.
00:52:49You're such a breath of fresh air.
00:52:51The back of this little black dress is everything.
00:52:54Georgina, tell me if you're not going to do something interesting with it straight across,
00:52:58take it in an angle or, like, I remember that note.
00:53:01Well done.
00:53:04You're creating monsters every day.
00:53:07And I'm so glad that your collection showed last because if anyone had to follow that dress,
00:53:12they would have been in trouble.
00:53:14Your finale look is so incredible.
00:53:16I don't know if I love the fabric.
00:53:18I love that you've infused this bit of rock and roll.
00:53:20I was not expecting that from you at all.
00:53:23I know, I know.
00:53:24I had to dig deep myself.
00:53:26The one thing that I didn't love was the white fabric you used on this skirt,
00:53:31and I think she's a touch too long.
00:53:33There's something that goes a little bit cheap there with the bra showing as well.
00:53:37I kind of bizarrely like the nastiness of the white satin skirt.
00:53:42Riri's a really good friend of mine, and she probably would wear the dress really long like that.
00:53:47The look next to it is pretty divine.
00:53:49I mean, that's pro-draping.
00:53:52There's nuance in it.
00:53:53Thank you for bringing home the finale piece.
00:53:56And did you use the boning and the horse hair on the bottom of that?
00:53:58You bet.
00:53:59And I wasn't giving a speech.
00:54:00That's the truth.
00:54:01You can look inside.
00:54:02Very cool.
00:54:03I love the last dress.
00:54:04It's really very rich, and it does exactly what it needs to do for that dress.
00:54:09I think the fabric really does some very good service things.
00:54:12No, the actual fabric, I'm just, I think maybe it's the print that I'm not wild about.
00:54:16I am.
00:54:17I kind of, it gives me like brutalism or something.
00:54:19It's very chic.
00:54:20That peacock fabric, and when she turns around and you walk and you just push that beautiful tail back, I'm loving it.
00:54:31But I also want to buy a whole bunch of stuff.
00:54:33I just love the black dress that ticks all the boxes.
00:54:36Women with bosoms like myself love that dress.
00:54:40Thank you, Anthony.
00:54:41I wasn't even a finalist on my season of Project Runway All Stars.
00:54:46I could not be happier.
00:54:48I am so pleased with myself and my collection.
00:54:56Stanley, Fabio, and Anthony, you've produced three impressive collections, but as you know, there can only be one winner.
00:55:04The judges and I will now deliberate for the last time, and you guys can wait in the backstage lounge.
00:55:18I feel relieved.
00:55:19I feel relieved, but it's just the not knowing is, you know, it's, it weighs on your nerves.
00:55:28I am relieved, but I'm also sad that it's at the end because, I mean, I could have kept doing this with you guys.
00:55:35I could have done like two more weeks.
00:55:37So, wow.
00:55:38Wow.
00:55:39Each of the designers offered us such a different perspective, I think it's going to be really hard judging between them.
00:55:54This time, I think they are neck and neck, right?
00:55:57Yeah.
00:55:58Like there isn't one collection that beats out the others like obviously.
00:56:01Yeah, which makes our job a whole lot harder.
00:56:04I'm just seeing three amazing designers who really no matter what happens tonight, they're going to have a career.
00:56:12I just got goosebumps.
00:56:14Okay, let's start with Stanley.
00:56:16That first look blew my socks off.
00:56:18There were so many pieces in Stanley's collection that were just so divine.
00:56:22I found it to be the best balanced one.
00:56:25Very organic.
00:56:26Yeah.
00:56:27Even the hardware on the pieces had organic.
00:56:30It was real.
00:56:31I actually felt he had the most polish and his felt the most mature.
00:56:34It looked rich and expensive.
00:56:36Each and every one of those passages looked like it was designer couture clothes.
00:56:42I agree.
00:56:45Fabio had an incredibly, deeply beautiful and heartfelt collection.
00:56:50He did take risks and was innovative in design.
00:56:54Like that sleeve that he did, I thought was really interesting.
00:56:57The layered look, I mean there were things about it that were just interesting.
00:57:01I can see myself wearing that fabulous coat open with cargo pants.
00:57:07You can see the creativity, you know, from the street to the couture red carpet.
00:57:13And I do love that he's got that little bit of punk in him.
00:57:16I think individually he had without a doubt some of the best pieces tonight.
00:57:20And the most original.
00:57:21Most original.
00:57:22Very original.
00:57:23Because if we could do it on pieces and I would definitely say hands down he was the best.
00:57:28Yeah, pick a piece or picking that.
00:57:32With Anthony there was three things that I wanted to put in my suitcase right now.
00:57:36I wanted that peacock red carpet dress to save for a fabulous event.
00:57:39I had to have that cream outfit and that classic little black dress has to go wherever I go.
00:57:45That black dress might have been my favorite thing that I saw all day today.
00:57:49It's gorgeous.
00:57:50Anthony gave us something so exuberant.
00:57:51He just had fun and cut loose.
00:57:53He knows how to cut loose, you know.
00:57:54That's also something that you can't teach somebody, right?
00:57:57Absolutely.
00:57:58This white thing is divino.
00:58:00That could be in Bergdorf Goodman tomorrow.
00:58:05So are we any closer?
00:58:06It's really odd.
00:58:07It's horrible.
00:58:08I cannot decide at all.
00:58:10It depends on what you value the most.
00:58:12If I want something chaste and kind of pure, then I go with Stanley.
00:58:15But is it like the runway of now?
00:58:18Because if it's the now runway, then it is Anthony, right?
00:58:21But if it's like something that we don't quite understand, maybe it's Fabio.
00:58:25For me, because I wear clothes that I have an emotional connection with, I gravitate more towards the artist.
00:58:32I think that you need somebody with exuberance and joy and that has a big part of what is the success of a brand.
00:58:39I want to see the theatricality on the runway and I want to go into the store and be able to wear it down the street without people going, what role is she playing?
00:58:48Right.
00:58:49Whoever we give this award to, I want to know that they're going to take that and they're going to really understand what to do with it.
00:58:55So have we made our decision?
00:59:01Oh, it's so exciting.
00:59:04Okay, let's bring them back out.
