Will former West Indies cricketer Philo Wallace become the new president of the Barbados Cricket Association?

It's understood that Wallace is going up for this month's elections as the incumbent Conde Riley plans not to go up for re-election, after being in office for almost a decade.

St. Lucia-based cricket analyst Dr. Joseph Reds Perreira has been keeping an eye on this development and tells us more.

00:22It's reported also that by the time that nominations are closed, there'll be another
00:29three members of the BCAA who will put their hat in the ring.
00:35So a changing of the guard after almost a decade, and it no doubt will be interesting to see
00:44whatever new policies they will come up with to continue to lift the high standard of Barbados
00:53cricket, both men and women.
