00:00Do you see more funding for training of administration, training of coaches, etc.?
00:07Yes, the funding is there. I don't think we do enough to really, you know, take advantage of what is offered to us.
00:17But in the Caribbean, we need more trained coaches and we need to train our coaches to train young coaches coming through.
00:29That is the only way that the football can really improve. We have the talent, we have the skills,
00:36but we need to harness them in the correct way that, you know, coaches from the Caribbean should be able to get employment anywhere in the world.
00:48That is something that can happen, but they must be well trained.
00:55250 delegates from 41 countries and Trinidad and Tobago were surely here in a strong way.
01:04Yes, all of our member associations attended the Congress, which is a great thing.
01:13Therefore, you know, it means that the experience and the interest in football development in the region is at the forefront.
01:24And we look forward really to some great things happening in the region and especially in the Caribbean in the future.
01:33But we must remember that things will not improve overnight.
01:38We have to be patient and we just have to work hard and put football first.
