T&T coach Ryan Jagessar is confident of a good showing from his team at the Junior CASA Championships which serves off on Sunday in the Cayman Islands.

00:00Frinidad and Tobago's squash players have been making preparations for the 2025 Junior Caster Championships in the Cayman Islands.
00:08A presentation was made to the team by one of the sponsors.
00:11Speaking of which, Vitala Chattagoon is a player in the under-13 category.
00:16I just hope to do my best and finish on the podium.
00:19I usually train like 10 hours a week, so I think I'm pretty ready.
00:2517 athletes representing the red, white and black leave on Thursday for the Cayman Islands.
00:30That includes Anaya Ramdeen, who was in the top five last year.
00:33I will be competing in the under-13 category, and my expectations are to improve and do better from last year.
00:43Well, my goal for this tournament is to place in the top four.
00:47The technical team is led by head coach Ryan Jagasaw, with the others being David Scott, Rhea Khan and Sheldon Skeet.
00:55Regarding the preparations, Jagasaw is quite satisfied.
00:59We've had training, intense training, over the past four months, where the team trains at least three to four days a week.
01:06My goal is to bring back some hardware for our country.
01:08The goal is always to bring back some medals and to make our citizens proud of us.
01:13The tournament in the Cayman Islands runs from June 29th to July 5th.
