00:00TNT's Red Force Divas were in their glee after winning the women's Super 50 Cup Final
00:05against Barbados in St Kitts.
00:07For Captain Karishma Ramharak, it's a moment to cherish for the rest of her life.
00:11Yeah, it's absolutely amazing, you know, when I got the opportunity to lead the team, I
00:16was really, really happy.
00:18But to do the job and get the job done, it's no better feeling than, you know, winning
00:22a trophy for your country.
00:23Besides Ramharak and the experienced Anisa Mohammed, two youngsters in Samara Ramnath
00:28and Amrita Ramtahal were also among the wickets.
00:31For Ramharak, the two are assets to TNT Cricket.
00:35Samara's, I think, you know, her name has been out there for a long time and she just
00:40keeps proving while she's, her name keeps calling, you know.
00:45And I feel like Amrita, I've seen her for the first time this tournament and the way
00:48she's been able to put up her hands every single time.
00:51You know, every time she takes the ball, I'm telling her, you know, remember the last game,
00:54remember the last game, better the last game, and she does that every single time.
00:58So I'm so proud of both of them.
00:59Coach Marissa Aguilera tasted success as a player in the past and she's now doing so
01:04in a different capacity.
01:06She says having a spin-heavy attack paid dividends.
01:09I mean, obviously, what is working for you, you need to stick with it.
01:12And I think the spinners have been dominating.
01:14I think we have the best spinning matter in the competition and we continue to do so throughout
01:19our games.
01:20So I guess, you know, if what sense changes, something that has been working for us, though.
01:24I guess, you know, we had the discussions and we went ahead with it and it became successful
01:29again.
01:30Just for the record, TNT lost the opener to previous winners, Jamaica, before turning
01:35things around.
01:36Vinod Narwani, TV6 Sport.
