Chloe’s back with another delicious, melt-in-your-mouth dinner side! In this video, she shows you how to roast lemon-garlic melting potatoes in a rich and savory butter sauce. The tender and lemony potatoes are almost impossible to put down, especially after adding fresh parsley and lemon zest over the top.

00:00You guys love these melting potatoes so much we had to make more. So these ones are lemon garlic.
00:05You know the drill. Chop your potatoes, season them, and then we're roasting in a 9 by 13 and
00:09adding a little butter in there. Our sauce is vegetable broth, bright lemon juice, and punchy
00:14garlic. Flip the potatoes halfway. Look at that crisp. Cover them in the sauce and continue to
00:20roast so they soften and soak up all that liquid. When they're done, stir in a little more butter.
00:25It's going to be magic in that final sauce. Top with parsley and fresh lemon zest. Those are so
