00:37In that WhatsApp, I was committing to the Minister of Finance to commit to Tobago, right, and I'm saying to him, I have seen a budget, what purports to be a budget.
00:53I have seen it, and in it, there's 4.5 million dollars for vehicles, and that is not on the cards, but we are committing to fund all legitimate expenditure.
01:12Dr. Rowley said the behavior of the present THA is a systematic plot to divide the people of Trinidad and Tobago.
01:20That is a statement made to incite Tobagoans against the PNM, against the Prime Minister, against the central government.
01:29And the reason why I'm raising this with you, Liz, is because this approach of these people in the administration in Tobago is dangerous.
01:39Because it has the potential, if it is not already doing so, to fracture the relationship between the people of Tobago and the people of Trinidad.
