00:00Call it a mother's intuition, but 43-year-old Brenda Harry feels certain that something
00:11bad has happened to her missing teenaged daughter, 17-year-old Marika Harry.
00:17No, no, no current from she at all stating to say that she alive or that we hope she
00:26okay and everything is okay but I want to know why she not calling, she just call, she will text,
00:34she will come home, she never take no clothes, nothing the night, she just go on.
00:41The visibly worried mother of seven says she last spoke with Marika when fireworks brought
00:47in the new year just after midnight on January 1st. She says the teen walked away to meet a
00:53male friend to the front of their home. She went down in the road and like she just was New Year's
00:59and she just was right there, didn't expect and she tell leave that hour to go anywhere
01:05but maybe they had transport so that is how they end up leaving and ending up there be
01:10and then she tell my mommy, me and baby coming out and since that, that was it.
01:17Miss Harry says she reached out to the person she believes to have been with her daughter last
01:23but says he denied being with her that night. He say he don't know anything about her
01:30but she say she left with him, she with him, she never tell me, she with somebody else
01:38and she with somebody else, she there with Tom, she tell mommy I there with Tom, I coming now.
01:44She says despite providing the police with information and social media messages that
01:49could provide some answers, the matter is not being treated with urgency. I feel like
01:56the police has not taken the case seriously and they may be feeling she run away or something
02:02but she's not a runaway and she anywhere she goes she just come back, she don't sleep out no night.
02:09Faring the worst, she has also been in constant communication
02:13with the Hunter Search and Rescue team led by Valence Rambratt who she praised
02:18for doing what they can to assist her. On Wednesday, three weeks after last
02:24seeing or hearing from her only daughter, Miss Harry made this public appeal.
02:30Whosoever know anywhere about my daughter, miss she very much, I'd like to let her talk till she
02:39bring she home or actually why she not a calling me, she could give me a call and I could just hear
02:46she or I want she to come home safe and anybody know anything or have my daughter, please send
02:55she home. I just pray and ask that nothing happen to she and she could come home.
