The woman caught on camera, allegedly choking a child, has not been arrested. As our reporter Rynessa Cutting tells us, police say, witnesses were reluctant to go on record. We advise that the following may be disturbing.

00:32of the public both confronting the woman over her actions.
00:36A second video then shows two police officers engaging the woman.

01:26contacted for comment, Deputy Commissioner of Police Operations Junior Benjamin confirmed
01:32to TV6 that despite the video and the preliminary interviews done by the officers on the scene,
01:39the woman was not arrested.
02:02So at this time the mother is not in police custody?
02:23He says while video is one form of evidence, it is simply not enough for police to take
02:58to the bottom of this.
