00:00A gunman opened fire on a Williamsville family on Monday night.
00:04Luckily, the four victims are all alive.
00:07According to police reports, Premraj Heera had just returned to his Ben Lomond home around
00:128.30pm with his 20-year-old son, 19-year-old daughter and their friend, a 19-year-old girl.
00:20He reported that his son got out of the family's X-trail vehicle and was opening the front
00:25gate when he noticed a vehicle approaching their direction.
00:28Heera drove into his yard and when the gate was closed, they noticed the same vehicle
00:32had turned around and stopped in front of their gate.
00:36A gunman exited and started shooting at their vehicle.
00:39Heera says he reversed his vehicle into the gate in the direction of the gunman's vehicle
00:43but missed while the suspect continued to shoot.
00:46He says they were able to drive off in an attempt to escape and when they did, returned
00:52home.
00:54While a bullet grazed his face, no one else was hit.
00:57Investigators say 10 spent shells were recovered at the scene.
