00:00They're innocent and they're innocent about the crime that they're serving because you see that's what's going on now.
00:05You're in prison and when you come out you have to sue the government because there's so much money the
00:09government has to pay because you're inside there and you was not the culprit.
00:14Right? So you can put them, get them back, get them a second chance. Everybody need one.
00:18I do believe in second chances. Right? It's not necessary to me dependent on the crime per se.
00:30However, getting parole as law at this present time, parole, that system needs a lot of management.
00:38I don't think we are there yet as a country. Our justice system is really in a mess.
00:44The overcrowding and the jails and so speaks to the mess that our justice system is in.
00:52So let's try to fix that first before we jump ahead in terms of parole and that.
00:57Everybody deserves a second chance and I believe there are persons in there who can, I believe, would have been
01:04rehabilitated.
