00:06operate without breathing apparatus, no flashlights, and had to borrow a ladder
00:11from the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission, TNTEC. TV6 News also
00:17observed the fire appliance leaving the scene to return later with an
00:21additional water supply to battle the blaze. Donald Winchester, one of the
00:26occupants of the house, spoke with TV6 News.
00:56Representative for Signal Hill Patient Cell, Nigel Tate, was also on hand assessing the situation.
01:26Mr. Tate stayed with the family, rendering assistance, ensuring they were
01:38housed for the night.
01:56Mr. Winchester, Mr. Yugi, I just had a conversation with them and I'm also willing to do whatever transport they may need to go to where they need to go tonight, whatever destination they may get, yes I'm here and I'm willing to go with them, so I'm here all night, entire night with them, with the family, yes, I'll be with them tonight, make sure that they have something to eat and what else, whatever assistance I can render to them at this point in time, I'm here for the family.
