Here is the tafseer of Surah Al-Baqarah, Ruku 25,

Tafseer:

1. This ruku' starts with the verse "And complete the Hajj and 'umrah for Allah..." (2:197)
2. The verse emphasizes the importance of completing the Hajj and 'umrah rituals for Allah's sake.
3. The next verse states, "And if you are prevented, then [offer] what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals." (2:198)

7. The verse "And whoever among you is ill or has an ailment of the head [making shaving necessary] must pay a ransom of fasting or charity or sacrifice." (2:200)

9. The next verse states, "And when you are secure, then whoever takes advantage of the 'umrah [rituals] to the Hajj [rituals] must pay a ransom of what can be obtained with ease of sacrificial animals." (2:201)

11. The following verse says, "And whoever cannot find [or afford such an animal] then a fast of three days during Hajj and of seven when you have returned [home]." (2:202)

13. The verse "That is ten [days] complete. This is for those whose family is not in the vicinity of al-Masjid al-Haram." (2:203)
14. This verse provides guidance for those who are not residents of Makkah.
15. The next verse states, "And fear Allah and know that Allah is severe in penalty." (2:204)
16. This verse emphasizes the importance of fearing Allah and being mindful of His penalties.
17. The following verse says, "And remember Allah during [specific] numbered days." (2:205)
18. This verse emphasizes the importance of remembering Allah during specific days and occasions.
19. The verse "Then whoever hastens [his departure] in two days - there is no sin upon him; and whoever delays [until the third day] - there is no sin upon him - for he who fears Allah." (2:206)
20. This verse provides guidance for those who are completing the Hajj or 'umrah rituals.
