Samuel Wilkinson, 58, of Milford Road, Hampden, Lowlands is Tobago's 10th road fatality, following a road traffic accident on Sunday night. Reporter Elizabeth Williams has this report.

00:00 According to police, at around 7 p.m. on Sunday 26th of November, a pedestrian
00:07 Samuel Wilkinson was knocked down as he attempted to cross the Claude Noel
00:12 Highway in the vicinity of the Lowlands Mall. The driver of the vehicle was
00:16 identified as 27 year old Che O'Neil and Colin Sandy, a friend of Wilkinson,
00:23 spoke with TV6 News. Mr. Sandy is pleading with drivers to be
00:44 cautious when using the roadway. Wilkinson was unresponsive after the
