00:30and you're walking around and you're seeing them passing and saying,
00:32oh, there's a new ambulance. Oh, we're so happy that there's a new ambulance.
00:35Just in case mommy or daddy needs an ambulance, I know there are now ambulances.
00:39They now have put into your mind this idea of there are so many things associated with the ambulance.
00:46So you now cannot experience the level of joy that you should have experienced
00:52because we are now doing in three and a half years what they did not do in 21 years.
00:58The health secretary said her division has had to cope with severe staff shortages in the health sector
01:05and this problem is now being addressed.
01:08It's trying to beef up the actual staffing complement at the facilities
01:13because we were severely understaffed for quite a while.
01:17So we're actually now hiring the doctors, the nurses, the ENAs, the other auxiliary staff and so forth
01:25so that the staff themselves, when they get to work,
01:29they don't have to worry about the fact that they may be the only nurse on the ward.
01:33They're working overtime and they're just very upset.
01:36And then that is what you see that transfers to the patient.
