The French consume a lot of bread and particularly baguettes. "You are here" takes you to the bakery of Frederic Pichard, in the 15th district of Paris, who carries on the tradition of French bread.
We also enter the secret bakery of Jean-Luc Poujauran, who delivers his exceptional leavened bread to 280 privileged customers.
Finally, Pascal Barbot, the Michelin-starred chef from the Astrance restaurant, gives us his burned bread soup recipe.
