Sore from sitting? One ball, one minute.

1. Sit on the floor with a ball under one glute. Support your weight with your hands and planted foot. Start lightly.
2. Lean into it and roll slowly, in small moves.
3. Cross that ankle over the other knee and keep rolling.
Then repeat on the other side.

Roll gently. Keep the ball off your spine and hip bone, and skip any spot that hurts. Stop for sharp pain, tingling or numbness. If you have a hip, back or nerve concern, check with your doctor first.

Save this for your next stretch session.
