00:00Glad it's finally fall. Football is back and the weather's getting cooler.
00:03How about we go to the apple orchard?
00:06Ooh, you lost me a go.
00:07I figure. That's why I got you new caramel apple five-hour energy.
00:11It's like the apple orchard without the go.
00:22Alright, now on to some celebrity dirt.
00:25And I guess it's inevitable if someone dies, someone rich and famous and leaves behind a ton of money and
00:32assets, there's going to be some issues.
00:35The battle over Dolly Parton's estate.
00:38But you knew because...
00:39That's intensifying.
00:41Yeah, there's just some, all the weirdness started coming out, right?
00:44Like different, oh, this guy is fired and blah, blah, blah.
00:48Well, her nephew is really the one that's causing the most issue here.
00:52I read through some of the emails he wrote.
00:55Oh, really?
00:56You're doing some artwork over there?
00:59Sorry, I didn't realize my mic was on.
01:01Yeah, he's drawing something.
01:03He's doing a little coloring.
01:05It sounded like a little bit of coloring.
01:07I was highlighting something.
01:10He's got a coloring book.
01:12He has to do that.
01:13Why is that noise?
01:14Get through the show.
01:15He's coloring.
01:16I can't have anything over here.
01:19It's Dolly Parton news.
01:20It's time to color.
01:21Yeah, it's like...
01:26I can do it.
01:27This microphone, man.
01:28There's a highlighter.
01:29Oh, my God.
01:31Everyone got stuff to highlight?
01:33Yeah, let's do it.
01:34It's a highlight.
01:34Let me see here.
01:35While we're doing our show.
01:36Got to highlight.
01:37This is important.
01:42Yeah.
01:43There we go.
01:44Now, back to Dolly Parton news.
01:47What's so important that you're highlighting it?
01:49Nothing, man.
01:50That old lady's name.
01:52That old lady's name.
01:54The 61-year-old's website.
01:56Got to keep this one.
01:57It's the Huntsman World Senior Games.
02:01That's gorgeous.
02:02Apologies.
02:04That's the loudest highlighting ever.
02:07It's right under the mic.
02:09It's right under the mic.
02:10I'm looking around the room.
02:11I didn't realize the mic was on.
02:13It was loud.
02:14I bet.
02:15Okay.
02:16Anyway, back to the show.
02:19And, yeah, so her nephew, I read some of the emails he wrote.
02:23He sounds like he's crazy.
02:25Some of the stuff he said, like he's threatening to kill people in an email.
02:28Oh, wow.
02:29Don't do that.
02:31Don't say that.
02:31Here's the latest on the story now.
02:33Let's focus up.
02:34Take a listen.
02:35This morning, the bitter battle over Dolly Parton's estate intensifying lawyers overseeing the Queen of Country's business empire claim her
02:44nephew and former bodyguard, Brian Seaver, barricaded his home in an attempt to avoid being served a lawsuit, which accuses
02:51him of threatening and extorting the estate.
02:54Newly filed court documents include images of a no trespassing sign as well as barbed wire and yellow caution tape
03:01on the handrails.
03:02The estate asking the judge to deny Seaver any extra time to find representation ahead of their next hearing, writing,
03:09Mr. Seaver attempted to evade service of process, and this court should not reward that behavior.
03:15I'm representing the Parton and Owens family today.
03:18It was Seaver who announced his aunt's death to the world.
03:21Our family and the team she has entrusted with her legacy will work diligently to ensure her spirit will live
03:26with us forever.
03:27Weeks later, Dolly's longtime manager was granted a temporary restraining order against Seaver, citing correspondence in which Seaver allegedly said
03:35he could, quote, destroy the entire brand if he wasn't paid.
03:39In another message, writing, I'm literally an international arms dealer and mercenary.
03:44Seaver has denied allegations of threats and extortion and says his messages were taken out of context.
03:50Dolly Parton's estate reportedly worth an estimated $450 million.
03:55The state claims that Brian Seaver threatened the viability of these very important brand partnerships, and that could have untold
04:08economic consequences to the estate.
04:12And they don't want to delay having this layout in court where they are seeking a permanent restraining order.
04:21Now, we reach Seaver by email.
04:23He told us the restraining order prevents him from speaking publicly about the case.
04:27And the next hearing is coming up this Friday, October 9th, guys.
04:30Well, it's kind of like, you know, if something happened with the show and then it's like the first person
04:41to go make a like a big announcement about it and tell everybody the future plans or whatever that they
04:48you know what I mean?
04:49Like they're like they have a leg up like this guy instantly went out and made a video about her
04:54death.
04:55But I guess he was the one who was tasked to do that.
04:59Like the family said, did they really do that?
05:02Or did he just say, I'm doing this?
05:04And I guess maybe I just assumed that was on behalf of the family.
05:07Yeah, see, to me, it was on her official social media platforms.
05:10Right.
05:11I don't know what kind of access he has to everything, but some of the stuff that's come out, some
05:16of the things he wrote, let's play ball, you effing S bag loser before calling that guy a worthless, skinny,
05:22fat nerd ending with go F yourself, you effing weakling.
05:26How do you call someone skinny fat?
05:28Told him to wire his balls and start doing professional work.
05:31Then called him an effing red leg, bushwhacking, Missouri S bag.
05:36Well, Dave, you sent emails like that before.
05:38Yeah, that's true.
05:39Please help.
05:40That's how that's his emails to me.
05:43When I'm late, when I'm late.
05:46You effing red leg, bushwhacking.
05:48He called me fat skinny the other day.
05:52You fat, worthless, skinny, fat nerd.
05:55Wait until those emails are released.
05:57He called me a worthless, skinny, fat nerd with skinny fat.
06:00Let's play ball, you effing ass bag loser.
06:03Get in here on time.
06:05I won't.
06:06Go F yourself, you effing weakling.
06:08I'm not going to make any changes to my life.
06:12Wire your balls and start doing some professional work.
06:16No.
06:16Professional work.
06:19I'm attempting to be let go.
06:23Yeah.
06:24You just don't put that stuff in an email.
06:26No, that's nuts.
06:27It's a sure sign you're nuts.
06:28Yeah, but also like another sure sign you're nuts.
06:31You start to think like, oh, hey, I'm famous.
06:35I'm like, I am like Jesus.
06:38I am an arms dealer and a mercenary.
06:42Come on, dude.
06:45Come on, my guy.
06:46Yeah, no, it is some of the stuff that he put in these.
06:50It's weird, too, that because, you know, all he really had to do was pull, like, to be, he just
06:57had to be really great to Dolly.
07:00Right.
07:01And, like, everyone else might have been like, this guy is full of ass.
07:04He is.
07:06He's around her all the time, you know.
07:08Like, look at this.
07:09Hey there.
07:10I think my harsh language is too much for you.
07:12Just wait until my lawyers start effing you up the ass.
07:18This guy kind of rocks.
07:20These are hilarious emails to say.
07:22I mean, it's unbelievable.
07:24Just sitting there vigorously typing these, I love it.
07:27Please, by all means, with sugar on top, let's do legal violence, you effing worthless skinny fat nerd.
07:34I wish we knew what time they came out at.
07:36Oh, yeah.
07:37What time he sent these at.
07:38He concludes the email by writing, go eff yourself, you eff.
07:44Skinny fat nerd is a go-to for him.
07:49I'd be so confused.
07:51Skinny.
07:51Am I skinny or fat?
07:52What am I?
07:53I am a nerd.
07:54I'm a nerd, but I'm skinny.
07:56I don't know.
07:57Won't he be left money?
07:58Isn't he getting money from her?
08:00Like, from her.
08:01You would think.
08:02The other thing.
08:04He's spiraling.
08:04Like, when you are, when you have $450 million and stuff is going bad, everything should be,
08:16like, there should be no fights about anything because everything should just be 100% figured out.
08:22I'm sure she had everything figured out.
08:24You hope so.
08:25I'm going to Billboard magazine with my S, just like you.
08:28I'm going to rat F every Dollywood partner I can possibly conjure.
08:32So this is what they're saying.
08:34It's like, all that stuff from Dolly is worked out.
08:36But this guy's saying, hey, listen, family, you're going to take care of me, or I'm going to let some
08:42stuff go to these people that keep Dollywood.
08:45Oh, he's trying to get more.
08:46Yeah, he's trying to get more.
08:47They keep Dollywood afloat, allegedly.
08:51You know, this is all alleged.
08:54But that's what it seems like is going on.
08:57Okay, yeah.
08:58Dolly has worked everything out, but this guy's like, that's not enough for me, maybe.
09:03Right, because she knew for a long time that she was, you know.
09:06Not good.
09:07Yeah, the end was near.
09:08Yeah, not good.
09:09So it didn't come by surprise.
09:10She had, you know, at least a year to probably make some plans from the sounds of it.
09:16Yeah.
09:17Yeah.
09:18Yeah.
