01:38And this brings me to the point of, I honestly cannot tell how many people are truly rooting
01:43for the Buccaneers or rooting for Deshaun's failure this weekend.
01:47What I can tell you is the people who always, in my head, like the Browns fans that I know
01:53that I engage with, who I always associate with the sunniest part of the road, right?
01:59When I'd said they were a five-win team last year and I, hey, this is a seven or eight

02:06Or I had one buddy that told me they're a 10-win team.

02:49And it's funny because I do think if people were split on Shador Sanders five, six weeks
02:54ago, it does feel like after one week of Deshaun and another press conference from Deshaun
03:00that it does feel like he has somehow united Browns fans behind the idea of Shador Sanders.
03:05That doesn't mean it'll work out by the way, when they go to him, but it is interesting
03:09this in the same way that the sunny side of the street, people that I talked to with great
03:14regularity are saying, all right, I think we got to get Baker this win this weekend.
03:18And I don't expect it to be competitive.
03:20The, the, the people who I consider to be anti Shador about six weeks ago that I know just
03:26in personal conversations, they also are like, well, what about this Shador Sanders?
03:30This guy, basically they've come to the side of anybody, but Watson is anybody, but Watson
03:34a little ABW for the people, anybody, but Watson.
03:37I, I am, it's funny, you know, in typical years, if you had a quarterback play one game
03:42and look the way that Deshaun did, they, people would find us over lining.
03:46People would talk about some things.
03:47They talk about, they talk about week one being alive.
03:50They talk about the end of game.
03:51I would seem like it turned it around a little bit better.
03:52They talk about all these different types of things.
03:54They'd make excuses for the quarterback and no one's doing that for Deshaun Watson.
03:59That's a pile on that's happening right now as it should is across the board.

04:07said Hondo saying the Browns offense sucks and their defense might be even worse.

04:15The reason why I bring that up is like, we're trying to find reasons that the Browns would
04:20be competitive this week.
04:21And just for just to say it, I do think they're going to be competitive this week.

04:30Cause I, I don't have that same expectation, but that's just cause right now I'm living
04:33in a world where we're going to experience a lot of blowouts.

04:40And what I mean by that is if, if it's like a competitive to me is a one score game.

05:10blown out for a second straight week, I have nothing to point to, but your own decision
05:15to start Deshaun Watson and say, Hey, all of my worst fears, which you were, you were,
05:21you were going to sink a perfectly good team with your hubris and your ego on Deshaun Watson.
05:27I, you will have proven me not just right, but laughably and historically right.
05:33If the Browns are not competitive.
05:34I mean, it's on the Browns to show me competitive before I have the belief that there'll be competitive
05:38in these games.
05:39It's on them.
05:40I got to, I got to see more from the defense.
05:41I got to see a semblance of anything from the offense.
05:44Like I, they, they have no alternatives.
05:46We, if we already start with the idea of the quarterback's going to be bad, you've got
05:50to give me the positives elsewhere.
05:51And until a lot of these players step up, I just won't live with that.
05:55Now, uh, going from, I was right to, uh, I was right.

06:00Uh, I think the outcome, the ideal outcome for Browns fans in this game is what I said was
06:06my ideal outcome for the Jacksonville game that maybe you fall behind a little bit in
06:10the first half, uh, Deshaun is Deshaun.
06:13So he gets benched at the half.
06:15Shador takes over leads a game-winning drive and you go into week two against Baker versus
06:20Baker.
06:21That's what I think is the ideal game for a fair amount of Browns fans in this one.

06:27Uh, I think I put it at a 0.01% chance that Deshaun would get benched in week one.

06:36What do you think the odds are he actually gets benched in this one?
06:38Cause in your perfect scenario, Shador is the guy that comes into the third quarter.

07:09And if he doesn't, and he continues to, I don't know, blame his teammates for delay of
07:15game penalties and have the overall energy of Charlie Brown, uh, at any point in the,
07:21any one of those insipid Charlie Brown stories, I would say you have your answer.
07:25And, and I think you're right to say maybe Todd Munkin is just more stubborn than that.
07:30I, I, I desperately want Todd Munkin to be a success.
07:33I think Todd Munkin is one of the coolest stories in the NFL, finally getting his crack

07:38And I would hate to see him go down with the Deshaun Watson ship because he didn't make
07:44that trade.
07:45And it, it, if you believe people, he's the one talking to everybody else into continuing
07:50to play Deshaun Watson.
07:51And if it's not there in the first half, you there, there's no reason he should be
07:55out there in the second half.
