00:30Everything in between, he looked completely lost, including operationally.
00:35And I disagree with both Nathan and Coach Riz, who say they thought he moved well.
00:39I thought he really, he does not have the speed to beat linebackers in a foot pursuit anymore.
00:45That's massively concerning because although Deshaun has never been Lamar Jackson,
00:50he could beat linebackers for a good majority of his time.
00:53In Houston, he could.

00:56I thought there was a stretch there where his best player,
00:59or what he thought was his best play, was to use his legs because he had no confidence in his

01:02And something we've talked about all offseason long was the idea that Deshaun is,
01:09you know, if he has a bad throw or like the interception, for instance,
01:12like mentally, he just can't handle any of this.

01:16Like he just, the moment it starts to spiral, it really spirals for him.
01:19Well, and you can see it in his body language and you can see it in the body language of
01:25his teammates.
01:26And I think that's what's tough for me, where it feels like Todd Munkin is bouncing his head off the
01:31wall on this,
01:32is that like a quarterback, especially a guy that's 30 years old, that's been in the NFL for a decade,
01:38that is your highest paid player still, your quarterback should be the guy that sets the tone.
01:44And when he's hanging his head and when he completely self-destructs mentally early in a game like that,
01:51he's not giving his team a chance to win.
01:54I mean, his response to the interception was to go back the next drive.
01:57They had two straight handoffs and then he almost gave it back to 23 again on Jacksonville.
02:01Like again, it just, it compounds with him.
02:04This is the problem.
02:05It just didn't always, one mistake shouldn't equal 10 mistakes, but this is how it works with him.

03:28What really kills me is Deshaun doesn't just have to look a little better on Sunday against Tampa Bay.

04:53And that is such a – I don't know how bad it has to get for this organization to listen.

05:02My first adult temper tantrum about Deshaun Watson playing again was in November.
05:08And it was the first report that, like, hey, the Browns are going to really look at him in that
05:1121-day window.
05:12They could activate him.
05:13And then when they were looking at him, we had reports saying he's looked like the best quarterback on the
05:19field to some people in the Browns organization.
05:22And I guess to some people, it might have been one guy in accounting who's never actually watched football before.
05:28But whatever it was, I've tried.

05:31And I know they don't like – listen, they don't like anything but their truth.

06:12And maybe worst of all, because there are guys risking their heads, their necks, their knees, their futures with their

06:23And so I just – I cannot strongly enough say you don't have to do this.
06:29And certainly you're going to do this for the Tampa Bay game.
06:32But that's what we're trying to find out.

06:37You don't – no one is being put in a situation to win if he is out there in the
06:43first home game against Cleveland unless he is light years ahead.
06:47And even then, he's going to hear a lot of boos even if he beats Baker Mayfield, even if he
06:51throws for 300 yards on Sunday.

08:08And when he hangs his head – and I can't get over that.
