00:04and I'm really excited to be nominated for the Australian Women in Agriculture Awards representing Victoria.
00:10I'm filming this video from the beautiful Victorian high country, which is where I live, where I run my business
00:16from
00:16and also where I'm raising my four-year-old daughter.
00:19Sea Oake Consulting is a rural climate and sustainability consultancy.
00:23We've been in operation now for about two and a half years and I'm really proud that in that time
00:27we've grown from a team of one, little old me, to a national team of ten.
00:32We're leading the market in several areas which are really important for the Australian agriculture industry,
00:37the first being in farm sustainability and traceability.
00:41We've just finished up a pilot where we were tracing sustainability credentials across the supply chain in seven countries
00:47and we're also the national operator for Landscape Enterprise Networks,
00:51which is a new nature-based solutions co-investment model that's being launched in Australia
00:56I'm really passionate about Australian women, rural women and mothers in particular
01:01and through our work in Landscape Enterprise Networks and farm sustainability
01:06we're anticipating that we're going to be creating between 10 and 15 new jobs
01:11for regional and rural people over the next five years.
