00:00Hi my name is Katja Williams and I farm alongside my husband on his family farming businesses
00:09at Dubbo and Ningen NSW. We have stud and commercial shorthorns, trade steers,
00:19centre pivot irrigation and cropping. I have had the absolute pleasure of being nominated for the
00:26Australian Agricultural Awards under the category Safety and Wellbeing. I have been nominated for the
00:34work that Harvest Her Power, my non-for-profit, is doing. Harvest Her Power started as an idea
00:43over three years ago which was all about supporting women in agriculture. There was plenty of other
00:51non-for-profits businesses and companies rolling out business resilience, focusing on farm business
01:02resilience and I saw that there was an opportunity to be doing more work for the people on the ground,
01:09especially those who are sometimes unseen, unrecognized and carry an invisible workload and
01:18that is the women behind the family farming businesses that we all know are the backbone of
01:24family farming operations and communities. So Harvest Her Power, its purpose is to build empowerment,
01:32skills, resilience and networking opportunities for women to be able to do exactly that, become more
01:42resilient and sustainable by seeing and recognizing them, the work they're doing and the professional
01:48development that will help and benefit not only themselves, their family farming businesses but
01:54also the general community on a nationwide level. So thank you so much for nominating Harvest Her Power,
