00:09I hope that people who see me as an award finalist, that I can encourage and inspire everyone in agriculture
00:23to be passionate, do their best and grow agriculture because agriculture really is a team sport.
00:31It's not an individual support and together we grow through innovation, through advancement, through improved systems.
00:39So it's an incredibly exciting industry to be in and I'm hoping that people may take something from my story
00:48and be inspired and be passionate and continue in a career in agriculture.
00:54Of course also it may well be useful to improve the profile of biocontrol in Australia
01:03which is something that I've pivoted to in the last five years in my career
01:08as well as still being a farmer and an agricultural consultant.
