00:00Hello there, good morning. A sunny Sunday ahead for many of us. All change this week
00:05though, as we start to see more rain and some showers in the forecast. For the time being
00:10though, it's quite a chilly start out there, feeling a little bit more on the autumnal
00:14side. But for most, it is going to be a dry, settled picture. Less cloud than perhaps what
00:19we saw yesterday, so that's going to allow temperatures to rise that little bit more.
00:23Though saying that, across Scotland, parts of Northern Ireland, perhaps areas of the
00:27far northeast of England, they may see perhaps a bit more cloud, the odd isolated shower.
00:32Though for most, it's going to be a dry day ahead. Feeling warm in the sunshine, highs reaching
00:38into the low 20s, if not the high teens across many northern areas. We still have a slight northerly
00:44breeze, so that might take the edge off the temperatures across some exposed eastern coasts.
00:48But for most, it's quite a nice end to the weekend. Then into the evening, we'll see a repeat of
00:55the
00:55conditions from last night. So clear skies mean temperatures are soon going to be dipping away.
01:00It's likely the areas of the countryside will push back down into the low single figures.
01:05Some mist and fog in places. That's away from the far south though. A bit more of an easterly breeze
01:11picking up here. But across areas to the north of this, in lighter winds, we could see a little bit
01:16of mist and fog across some valleys. But it should clear away quite quickly through the course of Monday
01:22morning. Quite similar temperatures in towns and cities between 9 to 14 degrees Celsius,
01:27but feeling that much chillier in any rural areas. Then to start on Monday, it should be quite bright
01:34once any mist and fog clears away. Some sunshine to start the day. It may turn a little bit cloudier
01:39through the afternoon and there is a chance of some isolated showers. But where we do see showers,
01:45they could potentially quite turn quite heavy, if not potentially quite thundery as well. So one to
01:50keep an eye on as we head through into tomorrow. Otherwise, fairly similar temperatures pushing
01:55into the low 20s, but slight change in our wind direction. A bit more of an east to southeasterly
02:00component to our wind. So that means some areas around eastern coasts will feel that little bit more
02:06of a difference, feeling a bit warmer in the sunshine. But though it might feel a little bit cooler across
02:11some southern coasts in that easterly breeze. Now through the rest of the week, we'll gradually start to see
02:19a bit of a change. High pressure pushes its way eastwards and then low pressure starts to take hold
02:24at times from the west. And then we have this area of low pressure, which will gradually push its way
02:29into the southwest. One to keep an eye on because it could potentially bring some quite widespread
02:34outbreaks of rain. Also some slightly stronger winds, but it's still a fair few days away. So the details
02:40may change by the time we reach the middle part of the week. Not only is it going to be
02:46wet,
02:46good news as we've had a very dry summer, but I'm afraid the downside is that temperatures are on
02:52the rise again and also humidity levels. So it's going to be quite wet and humid at times from
02:57Wednesday onwards. But of course, for more details on that, you can always follow us here on YouTube.
03:02Bye bye.
