00:02The scalp facial is a treatment that purifies the scalp. It stimulates the blood circulation,
00:09take off the dead skin, and at the end to have a healthy clean scalp.
00:17Hi, my name is Rosalie and I'm getting a scalp facial today. My hair shows my personality.
00:22If I'm having a bad hair day, I'm having a bad day. And it's definitely one of the first things
00:27that people notice about me as well.
00:29Even though my hair is my favorite part of myself, it is very frustrating and chaotic.
00:34I've been having a lot of problems with itchy scalp. I find myself like always scratching here and this and
00:39like that.
00:39A lot of dandruff comes out with it. It's disgusting. I hate it so much.
00:44I'm so excited to try this. I'm really hoping that this will help me become more confident in just walking
00:51out wearing a black turtleneck.
00:53I love black turtlenecks. Look at this chin line. I can't because of this dandruff.
00:58The scalp and the hair, it's like our skin. We protect our skin every day. So the hair and the
01:04scalp is the same thing.
01:06My name is Amina. I'm specialized on scalp treatment at Pierre Michel.
01:11I have been doing scalp treatments for over 20 years.
01:16Hi, Rosie. How are you? I'm Amina. I'm going to do your treatment today.
01:19Hi, Neymar. I'm excited. I'm ready for this.
01:22Do you have any complaint about your hair?
01:24Oh, yeah. My hair is actually very, very itchy all the time.
01:28Sometimes I scratch it so hard that I get like little scabs. But during the winter, it gets really, really
01:34itchy.
01:34I think maybe you have a little psoriasis.
01:42First, I brush the hair to take off the dead skin and stimulate the blood circulation.
01:51Then I section the hair and I apply the pre-shampoo section by section.
01:58The products we use, it's Jean-Francois Lazartique. They specialize on treatments.
02:04They have products for all types of hair. For dry scalp, oily scalp, for the dandruff, for fine hair, thick
02:11hair.
02:12The pre-shampoo, it has the marine from the sea.
02:17This ingredient, when we leave it on the scalp for 10 minutes, the heat comes from the scalp and helps
02:23to exfoliate and purify the scalp.
02:33Then we use the moisturizer on the hair shaft to nourish inside the hair.
02:38Because sometimes when you use only a conditioner, it can treat only on the curicle. Once we rinse, it's gone.
02:43But if we use a pre-shampoo, it penetrates inside and really treats the hair.
02:51It softens the hair and nourishes the hair.
02:56Next, I wrap her with a cotton to protect her from the seam.
03:02And then we put the seam for like 10, 20 minutes.
03:15The seam opens the follicles and helps the treatment to penetrate to the hair and the scalp.
03:25After 20 minutes, we remove the seam and then we give a gentle massage.
03:32It soothes the scalp and then it relaxes the client too.
03:36And it helps with the products as well.
03:40After, we take her to the sink.
03:43We rinse the treatment very, very good.
03:46Then after, we used one shampoo for the scalp and one shampoo for the hair.
03:51The two-tree shampoo is for sensitive scalp.
04:02And then the soy milk is for the hair shaft.
04:09The shei bara is very good conditioner.
04:12Because she has a dry scalp and dry hair, it really moisturizes the hair and the scalp as well.
04:38It feels so good.
04:38Okay, so what do you think?
04:40It felt so good. Thank you so much.
04:42No, definitely just the mint, the feeling.
04:44It was so relaxing and my scalp feels so refreshed.
04:47I'm so happy that you're here.
04:50My hair just feels lighter.
04:52This treatment felt really good with the steam and the heat on it.
04:56The itchiness, like, just immediately, like, went away.
04:59And then when she took the steam off and all that cold air hit my scalp, it felt so good.
05:04Even when she was massaging it and the way that she was massaging it felt really, really relaxing.
05:09And I didn't feel that irritation that I always did with my scalp.
05:13Oh my god, she feels so happy at the end. She felt the difference. She really felt light and then
05:20her scalp feels good and no itchiness, nothing.
05:23The treatments helped her very, very much. She will see the difference, you know, tomorrow and after tomorrow. It will
05:29be no itchiness.
05:29I feel even now, just like touching it, it's just very light and it's not as tender and hot as
05:35it was before. Like, I was always picking at my scalp and now it's like, there's nothing really to pick
05:40at.
05:40Anyone who has a dry scalp should do an exfoliating treatment like a facial for the scalp. It will help
05:46a lot. It feels very good and it really helps with the scalp.
05:50I would definitely do this again. It's worth it. Your scalp is really important. It's where your hair grows from.
05:57And as for somebody who's suffering from like minor hair loss, I definitely want to be more proactive than reactive.
06:04I am so excited to wear my black turtleneck now. Hopefully I won't have little flakes coming out everywhere. Like
06:10even just going like this, like seeing like nothing comes out, like that's crazy.
06:13Hey, thanks so much for watching the scalp treatment video. To watch more videos like this, click here. And to
