00:37I usually am doing a little bit icier,
00:39so honey blonde, I think, is going to be perfect for me.
00:43It'll bring out the warmer tones in my skin.
00:45Being stuck in quarantine has messed up my hair routine,
00:48and it's time to fix this baby up.
00:51Hi, my name is Kazemi.
00:52I own a hair salon called Salon Kazemi in Beverly Hills, California.
00:55When they shut us down again,
00:58my immediate reaction was,

01:01So I just created my backyard salon.

01:13I want to give you a little bit more movement,
01:15a little bit more kind of like sassiness.
01:25First, I took up the length.
01:32I used inversion layers, which kind of gives more volume
01:36because the layers are quite shorter than the rest of the hair.
01:39But I point cut it so they're blended into the length.

02:04I'm obsessed and I love the layers that he did to frame my face.

02:24First, I gave Amanda highlights.
02:26She had a lot of regrowth.
02:28So I lifted those regrowth part to brighten up.
02:32And also her ends were feeling a little drab.
02:36So I tipped her out to make the ends lighter.
02:49Then I shampooed her hair.
02:52And her hair was a little compromised.
02:54So I gave her conditioning treatment.
02:56And then I did a toner.
03:00Hair can absorb differently.
03:03So Amanda's hair was very porous.
03:05So I ended up doing a toner twice to get the beautiful honey warm tone look.
03:30So I'm just going to add just a few clipping extensions to a little more thickness and also brightness.
