00:00My money don't jiggle jiggle, it falls.
00:03Sydney's becoming burrata obsessed, but I think I might have just found my new favourite.
00:06This doozy boy right here is from Woodcut and Barangaroo,
00:08where they're serving up burrata with hazelnuts, aged balsamic, purple basil,
00:11alongside some of the best steaks in Sydney.
00:13Prices start from around $80 for your classic flank steaks,
00:16but they go well beyond $300 for your full-blood wagons with high marble scores.
00:20I'm talking 9 plus and more.
00:22Here I'm snacking on a little sirloin, just a sneaky 5 plus and obviously with delicious.
00:27Like any great steak restaurant, they've got great sides,
00:29and these Hasselblad potatoes with burnt onions and herb oil were just next level.
00:33Now we were here for a special occasion, so you're looking at an insane mango meringue,
00:37but you can't go wrong with a burnt lemon meringue pie with mascarpone cream
00:40and lemon curd that's typically on the menu.
00:42Cheers to that, and this is Woodcut in Barangaroo.
