00:05special occasion because we've brought along the Corvette E-Ray just sitting
00:09just behind me to show it off and we've even invited down some Corvette
00:12enthusiasts in Sydney to come and sample some of this food and check out the E-Ray.
00:16So I've ordered the brekkie tacos. I've never had a brekkie taco in my life but
00:20I've heard these are pretty amazing. We've got slow-cooked wagyu brisket, fried egg,
00:24cherry tomato, herb salad, crispy potatoes, avocado and a gozu shang sauce
00:29and of course hash brown. I've also gone with a strawberry matcha because it's
00:32very on trend. Oh my god this is serious. Look at that. We've got about $25 worth of avocado in
00:39here.
00:40We're going with the wagyu brisket and the egg just going absolutely everywhere.
00:46That is proper brisket. Slow-cooked obviously. The sauce, it's like that sweet barbecue sauce.
00:52Obviously got to finish with the hash. Unreal. You know what I love about this taco?
00:57It's not falling apart. My hands are obviously covered.
