00:25 able to use on a weekly basis from our lovely local growers, the fantastic staff that have

00:30 been working tirelessly with me for quite a while on just their weekly efforts on changing

00:36 the menu and things and also this absolutely fantastic view behind me which I don't think

00:41 you can really beat.

00:43 So I've just got the duck breast, the pork belly and just the soy fish with blueberries

00:55 So the exciting bit is the view but the very, very good quality food.
