00:00Powerful typhoon Bavi continues its move across the western Atlantic.
00:05It has already caused rain, wind, and damage across Guam and the northern Mariana Islands.
00:13Now, high pressure just south of Japan is steering Bavi to the west-northwest.
00:18That movement will continue over the next few days.
00:21And the I-Path, the AccuWeather I-Path, shows Bavi moving across northern Taiwan Saturday afternoon.
00:28Then later Saturday, there will be another landfall in eastern China, just north of Fuzhou.
00:34Rain and wind, that's the story.
00:36Strongest winds, of course, are going to be in eastern China and also along the northeastern tip of Taiwan.
00:44Also a damaging storm surge on the northern side of the storm track as well.
00:50And, of course, the rain is going to be excessive with flash flooding.
