01:10So now it's up to us to help them return home to small town Cape Breton
01:13and find the perfect home.
01:17We're really looking for a detached home.
01:20We'd love for there to be three to four bedrooms.
01:23We'd like lots of space for Chloe and also a backyard for her.
01:26I really want us to live close to family.
01:29And also close to Sydney because that's where we want to work.
01:33Our budget is $500,000.
01:34And we're really hoping that Colin and Justin can work with that.

10:51but you get all the characters, so it's always that balance.

19:59I know the rooms are a bit on the small side, so that could be a potential issue, but the
20:03upside is there's still potential to improve and make some profit.
20:07And then my choice, house number three, the yellow property.
20:09For me, an absolute winner.
20:12Tons and tons of space, open concept to the max, and plenty of room for little Chloe to enjoy her

20:22That's going to cost a lot of money.
