22:13they've taken retirement
22:14to the next level.

22:17they've realized a dream
22:18by buying a beautiful sailboat.

22:21they're leading
22:22the perfect dual existence,
22:23partly on land here
22:24in gorgeous Clare
22:25and then out there
22:26on the ocean waves.
22:27Yeah, for these two,
22:28you can definitely say
22:29that every day
22:30brings a new tide
22:31of opportunities.
22:32If anyone is thinking
22:33of moving to a small town,
22:35I would highly recommend
22:37that they look at it seriously.
22:39Like, you feel like
22:40you belong
22:41and getting away
22:42from the hustle and bustle
22:44is so welcoming.
