00:05and marry the main accused. The victim, identified as Anjali Sharma, worked at Lala Lajpat Raya
00:11Medical College and lived in Jagratti, Vihar. According to police, Anjali was allegedly
00:17murdered on 22nd May by ward boy Sufyan and his sister Sajida. Investigators said the body was
00:23later transported in an e-rickshaw and dumped outside the emergency gate of the medical college.
00:28Police traced the accused through CCTV footage and arrested Sajida along with her mother.
00:34However, the main accused, Sufyan, is still absconding. Family members alleged that Sufyan
00:40had been pressuring Anjali to convert to Islam and marry him, despite her repeatedly refusing.
00:46Anjali's sister claimed she saw messages on the victim's phone allegedly asking her to leave her
00:52husband and child, convert and marry the accused. Anjali had married Sunny in 2018,
00:58and had a five-year-old son. She had been living separately from her husband for the past year
01:03due to marital disputes and a divorce case was pending in court. However, officials stated that
01:09allegations related to forced religious conversion have not yet been confirmed.
