Following my May 17, 2023 phone call with Christ Health CEO Dr. Robert Record MD re: 2019 visit with their Nurse Practitioner Anna Musgraves & Dr. Terry Daniel Smith MD. Dr. Record tells me he would have his staff (including Deborah Pickens - Director, Administrative Services) look into my situation and find a way "forward" within minutes and contact me with a solution. As of this posting on July 5th, more than 7 weeks later I have not received a return call from Christ Health.

I shared my experience dealing with Ascension who I went to and would not admit to and try to correct their errors. I also believe I may have been misdiagnosed and patient dumped (SEE EMTALA). Damages worth several million dollars in negligence (SEE RECORDED PHONE CALLS / LETTERS VS UPLOADED MRI / CT / X-RAYS / RECORDS IN OTHER VIDEOS ON THIS YOUTUBE CHANNEL). In an earlier video Dr. Record confirmed that Christ Health operates Ascensions residency program (They train medical staff that may eventually work in an Ascension facility). I had an experience with such a Doctor (Terry Daniel Smith MD (aka: T. Daniel Smith / Terry D. Smith)) this Dr. outright refused to give me a referral for an MRI (broken skull bone showed up in the scan I had to secure on my own days later) and charged me close to $50 for a blood test and electrocardiogram that was never performed on me. This Dr. was later "promoted" to Andrews Sports Medicine affiliated Saint Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama.

Dr. Record asked about my medical history and while I was reluctant to share that information I offered to send him CT / MRI and X-Rays that would confirm the seriousness of the broken skull injury I took into their clinic in 2019. Despite being referred to Christ Health from an Ascension Saint Vincent's East Emergency Department visit (and Christ Health accepting me as a patient) Dr. Record tells me their clinic staff could not look at MRI CT & X-RAYS of my brain and skull. He said they are only experienced with basic X-Rays such as chest and arms. Dr. Record tells me he will contact Director, Administrative Services Deborah Pickens to look at my information and come up with a way "forward" and that she will contact me. 3 weeks following this call I have not been called back by this person or Christ Health.

Regarding visits I had at community health clinic The Christ Health Center (Birmingham, Alabama). I was referred here by Saint Vincent's East Hospital (Ascension) after a 2018 X-Ray (the injury was overlooked by reading radiologist Dr. Julian Patrick Druhan MD (also a member of Birmingham Radiological Group)) I had done was said to be "normal". Doctors Terry Daniel Smith ("T. Daniel Smith") did the encounter with me in May, 2019. Attempts to obtain a referral for an MRI to reveal the injury (I needed one that day, immediately) were not facilitated and he wanted to go a different route with the treatment.

00:48They would not help me get those decisions reversed, get new decisions granted, tell me the truth of my injury.

01:10Because they are liable.
01:13And my issue with them, the damages are worth millions of dollars.
