00:01Alright, hi people, it's Chase here, and I'm here to do another unboxing of yours today
00:04of two different Ultraman series, they were more limited series, and these were the two
00:12international co-productions that were done back in I think the 80s or 90s, so yeah, maybe
00:18even 2000s I think for one of them, Ultraman Towards the Future and Ultraman The Ultimate
00:23Hero, one of these, I forget which ones, one of them was a USA co-production, the other
00:31one was an Australian co-production, as a result these were created, written, and acted in
00:38English, unfortunately, just for reasons I don't understand, probably just legal and like
00:45logistical reasons, they did not broadcast either of these series in the countries that
00:51they were made in, back in the day, so yeah, so this is like, I think the first official
00:58release of these shows over here in the United States, and probably Australia maybe as well,
01:03depending on what, if there's a company releasing them over there as well, or even if they're
01:07available maybe on streaming or digitally, so yeah, in any case, but yeah, and they just
01:15basically dubbed them into Japanese and ran them on Japanese TV, so yeah, but yeah, it's
01:24good to have these over here finally released in the past, so yeah, so here we go, Ultraman
01:31Towards the Future and Ultraman The Ultimate Hero, this was also a surprise when it was announced
01:35several months ago, because I don't think a lot of people expected these to be licensed
01:40in release, I'm assuming that there were some licensing issues, but yeah, so this is actually
01:45pretty good, so you got the two Ultraman right here, they're not too different from regular
01:51Ultraman, so that's actually pretty good, or the Japanese Ultraman designs, so yeah, Ultraman
01:58Complete Series Combo, these are about 13 episodes each, I believe, so yeah, we're a combo, Ultraman
02:03Towards the Future and Ultraman The Ultimate Hero, you got the two pictures of the Ultraman
02:06right here, for it is set, Alliance Entertainment, right, Milkrie got rebranded to that several
02:14months ago, I believe, so yeah, so this is the first Ultraman release under that banner,
02:21so yeah, and the same stuff on the other side, and on the back, the Ultimate Combo, all 26
02:27episodes from the Complete Series, Ultraman Towards the Future and Ultraman The Hero, they
02:31also have the Japanese names right here, I believe, so yeah, you got two screenshots from
02:35the series, this one, Ultraman Towards the Future, aka Ultraman Great, yeah, I'm pretty
02:41sure these are the Japanese titles, and Ultraman The Ultimate Heroes, Ultraman Powered, so yeah,
02:47I'm assuming that those are also the names of the Ultraman in the series themselves, so
02:52yeah, so you got some screenshots right here, video 1080p HD widescreen 1.78x1, English DTS
02:58HD Master Audio 2.0, subtitles in English, or just English SDH, because, well, they just
03:04took the scripts, and just put them, or timed them to the audio, like I said, no Japanese
03:10dubs, I would have liked to see that though, approximate runtime, 6 hours 55 minutes, TVPG,
03:16Region A, you got Super Raya right there, Alliance Entertainment, so yeah, so here we go with
03:23the Blu-ray case, unlike a lot of the others, this does not have an alternate cover, but yeah,
03:31so here we go on the inside, unfortunately, these are stacked discs, I don't know why we can't have
03:37a disc case with four individual disc trays, but whatever, so here we go, Ultraman, or the pamphlet
03:44and everything, so you got the episode guides, screenshot, more episode guides, so yeah, no
03:54other screenshots, but a thing, an advertisement for the other Ultraman sets, which I already
04:01have, and I've done unboxings for those, so you can go see those if you want, so you got
04:06disc one, and these have about 6 to 7 episodes on them, disc two, for Ultraman, towards the
04:14future, and then we got Ultraman, the ultimate hero, disc three technically, and disc four,
04:26so yeah, so then we got a screenshot of one of the Ultraman, it looks like the ultimate
04:31hero, Ultraman, fighting a couple of kaijus, so yeah, I may just end up replacing this case
04:43with a four disc case, if I can buy one on eBay or Amazon or something, because that would
04:51just be better, luckily none of the discs are scratched, so that's good, because that
04:58can happen, and that is why I bought the individual, or the standard releases of the first seven
05:05Ultraman series, especially after I got the steelbooks, because several of the discs were
05:12scratched, because they were stacked to discs, and I could not rip the discs, nor do I think
05:18that they could play in a Blu-ray player, which sucks, yes, so yeah, but this is good to have
05:24these two, finally, there's not too much other Ultraman to release, I think maybe the Netflix
05:32series, which I think got over with, if they can get the home video rights for that, and
05:37then I think of the last few modern Ultraman series, I believe, as well as if they can swing
05:47it, uh, Kamen Rider versus Ultraman, but we, that's probably, that's probably too much
05:53of a rights minefield for them to, uh, navigate, considering it's half owned by Toei, but yeah,
05:59and I think the Japanese Blu-ray also took a while to come out, so, yeah, but yeah, so
06:07we got this, so yeah, uh, because you not only have to contend with Toei, but Shinomori Pro
06:12as well, in that regard, so, yeah, but if they, if they announce and release it at some
06:18point, that'll be great, so yeah, so yeah, guys, uh, really not much else to say, so link
06:23to the subscription on my channel, subscribe once, and I'll see you guys in the next one.
