00:05shvarts son goku the lowest born saiyan or saiyan uh from dragon ball z honestly or obviously this
00:17is like the sixth you know sixth uh goku shvart i've gotten mainly because they have so many
00:28different variants of him but yeah and uh the closest one i have to this one is the one that
00:38they based off of from dragon ball super so yeah has dust on it because i keep all my shvarts
00:46on him
00:48bookshelf behind me but yeah um but this is based on him from the saiyan arc from the manga and
00:56dragon
00:56ball z so yeah so it looks more like how toriyama drew the characters at that point in the manga
01:04and how the animators copied that design for dragon ball z so yeah as well as the first couple of
01:11uh
01:12dragon ball z movies so yeah and the last little bit of the original dragon ball as well
01:17so here we go with the box uh you can see goku right there his alternate faces alternate hair
01:23and everything you have him in his uh pre-battle stance uh when he's facing off against vegeta
01:30and everything you have the zai animation certificate of license grant dragon ball z
01:36demachian nations and bandai and the demachian nations quality sticker right there sorry that you
01:44can't really see the regular thing but yeah so you got the side right here with different poses
01:50the other right here with the name of the figure in english and japanese so yeah and then the back
01:58right here where you can put them in all different kinds of poses from the show and manga top and
02:06the
02:06bottom so yeah so here we go with the figure
02:20and yeah so you can see everything he comes with right here the goku which the body mold i think
02:27is
02:27basically the same as every other goku figure for him in his either base state or a super saiyan state
02:34that has him in these clothes um but yeah his alternate faces right there he doesn't have a smiling face
02:43which you think they would have included but yeah his alternate hair which is for when he's in his
02:49pre-battle pose um and then you got uh six alternate hands which is really cool so yeah um so
03:03here we go figure himself or itself looks pretty good honestly again it's basically just a reuse of
03:10the older body mold that they've had for him for a while new head though um to compare him to
03:18the uh the one from dragon ball super you can see the hair is definitely very different they
03:25definitely model them more with how toriyama drew him in the manga versus super and everything uh this
03:32is more based on the nagamine um designed from super broly so yeah so you can definitely see that
03:42the uh symbol on them is different i believe this is for him training under both kami and king kai
03:48whereas this i think is his own logo i'm not sure but yeah basically throughout z and i think even
03:58super goku the symbol on goku's um his kanji on his uh uniform or on his gi changes depending on
04:07what
04:08part of the story you're in the same thing happens i think to krillin and yamcha so yeah um so
04:18we have
04:18this right here i think the front is king kai's logo in the back is the uh master roshi or
04:25turtle
04:26hermit like uh symbol so yeah because i remember specifically that part of the the story where
04:32king kai gives him the um a new set of clothes after he or towards the end of his training
04:40and uh he specific he um or maybe it's maybe it's this one that's the yeah actually i think this
04:49is
04:49the one with that's the turtle logo and then this is king kai's logo because i remember goku says he
04:54looks at this and says that um he says something about it being the same old logo but then king
04:59kai
04:59points out that the back one is different goku looks at it and he's like yeah um but yeah i
05:05remember
05:06that from specifically kai but yeah so yeah so i do like this the colors are obviously different
05:13than this one granted i don't know if you can really tell on camera this is more of a an
05:20orange
05:21feel and everything and a different blue than the one from super this is a lighter blue whereas this is
05:28more of a royal blue or a navy blue so yeah so yeah so it's actually really really good the
05:35attention
05:35to detail here so yeah so in terms of articulation move the feet all around toes you can put up
05:44um
05:46and move that in the 360 the uh the tops of the
05:53uh boots seem to be like molded into his um his legs so yeah you know that's a separate piece
06:03and
06:03it's like maybe glued in there i'm not sure or ultra fitted in there so yeah so you got the
06:09knees which
06:09are on a double ball joint which is pretty good then his legs you can put in almost like split
06:17and
06:18everything uh but yeah you have this you can move in a pretty good amount of
06:27articulation here you can also do like a 360 with them but yeah so good range of movement on the
06:35legs
06:35and then his um his arms can move all around at the shoulder double ball joints on the elbows and
06:44then the
06:45hands you can move back and forth like this as well as in a 360 and then uh yeah so
06:52the shoulder parts
06:53are molded into two different pieces one connected to his shoulder joints whereas the other one
07:00is just a part of his body but yeah and then his head you can move into 360
07:08pretty good neck joint right here you can move in in a pretty good range and everything uh and his
07:15hair i think you can take the front part of his hair off yeah because i think that that's normal
07:20for
07:22goku figures and a bunch of other figures where they include alternate hair so yeah so you can replace
07:27the faces the faces and everything so yeah pretty good range of motion um so yeah so we have that
07:36um
07:40and you know so if you want to you can just use the different hair for him which i probably
07:45will
07:45after this is done so in regards to the figure i think it's pretty good i picked this up from
07:52walmart or
07:53no not walmart target um because they had it and um yeah it's definitely a good goku figure i would
08:01definitely recommend it if you're looking for a goku figure of or specifically from this part
08:06of the dragon ball z anime and the dragon ball manga it's pretty accurate in terms of at least his
08:13face
08:13like sculpt um for toriyama's artwork it's very different from yeah it's very different from the other
08:21parts which um you know some of the more recent figures are definitely based more on the dragon
08:29ball super stuff specifically like yeah super and broly and everything so yeah so it's uh pretty good
08:36um so yeah i definitely recommend it good range of motion the only bad as a tree work for goku
08:43i've
08:43ever gotten was the uh the one for him and his regular super saiyan state from i think the cell
08:48saga or or it might have been the the boo saga um because of the broken leg on it like
08:56or not
08:56broken but like very loose um i think hip joint for one of the legs that was weird i probably
09:04should
09:04have returned it for a an exchange of a different one but yeah um so yeah definitely recommend this if
09:10you want to get it so yeah so really not much else to say so links to the description always
