00:00Red Sox, Jaron Duran, if you haven't been following along, how about this story?
00:03Quote, somebody just told me to kill myself.
00:06I'm used to it at this point.
00:08I mean, blank happens.
00:09I mean, I'm going to flip somebody off if they say something to me, but it is what it is.
00:13I shouldn't react like that, but that kind of stuff is still kind of triggering, so it happens.
00:18Now, most people sit back and say, you're used to it.
00:20You're a pro, shut it off.
00:21Let me tell you this.
00:22I don't know how many times you would walk down the street or be at your job where you are
00:25getting heckled here,
00:26and you might be upset because you're struggling at the plate.
00:30And you snap at this point.
00:31Humans are humans.
00:32They say vile things to other human beings.
00:34You try to be on your best, but every once in a while, Joe, it just gets to you.
00:39It really does, Donnie.
00:41And these guys, listen, I mean, they are front and center, right?
00:44They're going to take everybody's anger across the board here.
00:50And it's just, you know, sometimes it gets to you.
00:52You've got to have some thick skin to be a player here in this day and age.
00:57Although I don't know that that's changed over the years, Donnie.
00:59I think you always have had to have some thick skin and be able to tune it out.
