00:00Hi, my name is David Michael Cray, and today I have a poem for you that I wrote called
00:04What I Would Give.
00:06It goes like this.
00:09Oh, what I would give to feel your love, to know it all.
00:14Oh, what I would give to fly like a dove, to never fall.
00:19Oh, what I would give to be in heaven now.
00:22What I would give all earthly treasure, all sensual pleasure, a life full of leisure,
00:29no matter the measure, for heavenly treasure.
00:32But I know there is one thing I would never give up, the knowledge that Lord Jesus is the one
00:38filling my cup.
00:40What I would give, to have peace beyond understanding, to have the strength life is demanding,
00:47to obey what God is commanding, to be upstanding, I would give so much.
