00:00Hi, my name is David Michael Cray, also known as Crayfish, and today I have a poem for you
00:05that I wrote called, Ode to Atonality.
00:08It goes like this.
00:11Modes of consciousness, parallel dimensions of sound to what we have called life.
00:18A room once visited outside the walls of conventionality.
00:23The sound of music outside the organization of tones that we believe to be music, though
00:29knowing there was more.
00:31Remembering the sarcasm of the edge you heard.
00:35It was only the echo of a reality misunderstood.
00:39The call of someone beaten down by society, now finding release.
00:44An attempt to shut out the path of normality.
00:47A cry to those that passed away.
00:50A humble announcement of the perfection of mankind's love by showing the imperfection of mankind's
00:57will.
00:57A statement of frustration about the pain of love's necessity in the perfection of God's
01:04plan.
01:05The urge to shout out a different language or whisper their anguish.
