Accident or Conspiracy? Asgar Ali Death Sparks Uproar in Agra

The case of the suspicious death of transport businessman Asgar Ali in Agra is intensifying, with the family alleging murder while police continue to treat it as a road accident.

Asgar Ali died late Friday night after being hit by a car. However, his family has rejected the accident theory, claiming it was a pre-planned conspiracy. They have accused GST Assistant Commissioner Nivedita Singh and her husband, Dr. Ajay Pal Yadav, of involvement in the alleged murder.

A new CCTV footage has surfaced, adding to the controversy. The video reportedly shows Asgar Ali walking towards his warehouse around 3 am, when a speeding car approaches from behind and hits him.

The family claims that the act was deliberate, pointing out that several other vehicles passed through the same stretch without incident. They also allege that there was no horn or visible attempt by the driver to avoid the collision, raising further suspicion.

According to the family, tensions had escalated a day before the incident when Asgar Ali held a press conference against GST officials. They allege that his vehicle was seized again the following day without proper verification, suggesting possible harassment.

A complaint has been filed by Abdul Ali against two alleged journalists, the GST officer, and her husband, demanding a fair probe. However, no FIR has been registered so far, leading to anger among family members.

Meanwhile, Ali Abbas stated that the CCTV footage prima facie indicates a road accident. He added that if a second complaint is filed, appropriate legal action and investigation will be initiated.

The case continues to raise serious questions, with the family demanding a thorough and impartial investigation.
