00:28its subsidiary, Technomount Services, has been awarded a rehabilitation study contract with U.S. $50 million for the upgrading of
00:36the Guaracara refinery complex located in Pointe Pair, Trinidad and Tobago.
00:40Opposition MP and former Prime Minister Stuart Young, in a statement, asked if taxpayers would be paying the U.S.
00:47$50 million.
00:47Patriotic Energy said on Thursday that the partnership and approach will not cost the government $1 and definitely no government
00:55guarantee is required.
00:57Patriotic Energy said that while they recognize and welcome the significant public interest surrounding the restart of the refinery,
01:04they are currently bound by strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements regarding the specific financial and technical terms of this
