00:12They were reportedly transported aboard a vessel identified as Chante Sarm, bearing registration number TFT 1318, with arrangements to be
00:23picked up later that afternoon.
00:25While fishing on the rocks, Haynes was reportedly struck by a wave and swept into the sea.
00:31One of the men attempted to rescue him, but was unsuccessful.
00:35The group later searched the surrounding area using the Pirog, but Haynes could not be located.
00:41Divers were subsequently called in, and his body was later recovered.
00:45The body was taken to the Charlottesville jetty, where a district medical officer pronounced him dead.
00:52Police in Charlottesville are continuing investigations.
