07:20that they had to
07:21Mercedes have said
07:22that's not by design
07:23they've said that it would
07:24really mess up
07:25the aero balance
07:26if that was by design
07:27so it couldn't really
07:28be by design at all
07:30and that maybe
07:31there were some forces
07:32on the wing
07:33that made it do that
07:34but it was a mistake effectively
07:35and they're going to try
07:36and see whether
07:39they've got some solutions
07:40for practice
07:41I'm buying that
07:42I couldn't see
07:44why you would
07:45why that would be a benefit
