00:13And it is not just relegated to sports, although most of them are.
00:17I will start, Clint, with my weekend's best.
00:23Clint and Tyler, I was in Minneapolis, St. Paul, that area of the country.
00:29In Minnesota, over the weekend, brother-in-law lives up there, went to visit and hung out a little bit.
00:37And I enjoyed the time there.
00:39I've been to Minneapolis a couple of times, and it's a good spot.
00:45But the best thing I saw was these people losing their minds.
00:52It was approaching 70 degrees on Saturday, the day we left.
01:01It had been in the low 50s the previous two days we were there, Clint.
01:06And at this point, we were just kind of walking, walking the lake.
01:10We'd gone to breakfast, wanted to walk it off before we headed off to fly out.
01:15And there was a park with a huge lake.
01:19We were just hanging out.
01:20It was nice, walking the sidewalk.
01:22A lot of people were out with their dogs, getting out.
01:26And they've got, like, a little, like, beach area set up to make it look like the beach going into
01:32the lake.
01:34Clint and Tyler, I looked over.
01:38It was people with towels and beach chairs in that dirty-ass, frozen, cold sand, in bikinis.
01:53Beach day, baby.
01:55Shorts.
01:55Shirts off.
01:57Mind you, and I have a photo of it.
01:59I will send it out.

02:22She had her bikini undone, laid out on her stomach.
02:26And I said, what in the hell is going on?
02:29I looked at my phone.
02:31Tyler, it was 59 degrees.

02:35A little chilly for us here in Houston.
02:37It was 59 degrees.
02:39We came walking back.
02:41It was more people.
02:42There were, like, 15 people laid out with their towels in the sand, getting some sun.
02:48All of them nipples was hard.
02:50I mean, it was, I mean, it was, hell yeah.
02:53You got to see the picture, man.
02:54It was, it was insane.
02:56I thought it was full of it until I see these people laid out with, I mean, open-toed shoes
03:00on, getting ready to lay out on the beach.
03:01And there's literally ice, ice.
03:03The first, you can't get in the water because it's iced over 20 yards into the lake.
03:08It was, it was the craziest thing.
03:10I sent it, my old boss lives there.
03:13And he said to me, this is, he said, you got to share this with your people from Houston
03:17because this is the most Minnesota picture I've ever seen in my life.
03:21I mean, they, the kids are out.
03:22Tyler, they got the kids out.
03:24Like, let's go.
03:25Sun's out.
03:26Let's get out there, kiddos.
03:28It was a crazy thing.

03:31Them people have been thirsty.
03:32My brother-in-law said it, they hadn't had, they hadn't seen the 50s since Halloween.
03:40I'd go for some of that down here, to be honest.

03:58Oh, the whole weekend, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, y'all.
04:02Ron, I took my little girls to see Lainey Wilson Thursday night.
04:05Had a hell of a night, man.
04:06Lainey did her thing.
04:07And then you got Parker McCollum Friday night, Tim McGraw Saturday, and Cody Johnson closed
04:15that thing down last night with over 80,000.
04:16Did you go to all of them?
04:17No, no, no, no, no, no.
04:18I told you that last week could have got, you know, back in my single days, that would
04:22have been, that could have got awfully interesting.
04:23I'd have made three of the four for sure.
04:24I don't know if I had Tim McGraw in me, but I damn sure had Parker McCollum and Cody Johnson
04:29in me.
04:29But, um, just a hell of a hell of an ending to a pretty good rodeo season.
04:34I mean, you look, you go, you go Lainey, Parker, Tim, uh, Kojo.
04:39I mean, you, that is a, that is a rockstar finish right there.
04:42That's a powerful finish right there.
04:44Um, does, I don't think that the, uh, the wardrobe change, uh, you know, not wardrobe change,
04:51but the, uh, dress code, uh, change there, you know, midway, two thirds of the way through
04:56the rodeo season.
04:57I don't, I don't think I haven't seen any videos of that causing any major problems.

05:02Um, and, and just a, a star studded finish.
05:05Um, not the whole lineup wasn't great, but the star studded finish for the Houston livestock
05:09show and rodeo.
05:10That's, that's strong, man.

05:14It looked like you and the girls had a good time.
05:15Yeah, we did, man.
05:16It was, uh, I wish everything would have happened an hour sooner than it did.
05:19Cause they did lose a little steam late, obviously with the, with the right, the T the, the show,
05:23you know, Lainey coming on at nine o'clock.
05:25That's a little late for them and their bedtime typically is at eight.
05:28So they were running on fumes, but, uh, it, they, they were super excited when she did
05:32come out.
05:32They've never been to anything like that.
05:34You know, they've never been anything that big.
05:35So the fireworks were scared of them at first and then was cool.
05:38And then Lainey comes out and she sings every time, every different event rodeo event that
05:42they had, it was the first time they had seen that.
05:45So we're having to explain it to them.
05:46So it was, it was cool, man.
05:47It was started on Thursday night with Lainey, man, but the Houston livestock show and rodeo
05:51for that last four days, man.
05:53What a, what a strong finish, man.
05:55Yeah.
05:56Um, my weekends worse clear.
06:00Um, Kansas got beat on a buzzer beater and, uh, just, uh, it just ruined the rest of my
06:09entire sports watching evening.
06:12Um, I hung in there and watched that Iowa Florida game and, uh, and, and that was it
06:17for me.
06:17They had to move to Matlock high potential, uh, got in multiple episodes of that, but,
06:23uh, yeah, it's gut wrenching.
06:24Uh, it was the worst thing.
06:26Uh, it's, uh, the last time you see many of those players play and I have never ever had
06:32an at the buzzer happened to my team and until it happened then.
06:37So that was, uh, that was, uh, that was the worst.
06:40Well, it was good for my bracket, Bob.
06:42It was good for my bracket.
06:44I hate it for you, but it's good for my bracket.
06:45You don't hate it.

06:49Uh, well, my weekend's worse real quick boys.
06:52And I knew, I knew this was not going to be pretty.
06:56Um, I don't even know what the event was, but it was some kind of fanatics flag football
07:01event where team USA.
07:03Now the concept is, is, is noble.
07:06I mean, the concept is a good idea.
07:07It was supposed to be played in Saudi Arabia.
07:09Obviously with what's going on in Iran right now, that, that, that couldn't happen.
07:12So they played it in LA, but, but what they, what the thought is was, you know, there's
07:17fanatics is obviously celebrity driven and they, they've got all, they have all these
07:20parties with Tom Brady involved and all these pro athletes involved, all the superstars.
07:25Um, I guess fanatics is probably the, the uniform and a big sponsor of the USA flag football
07:30team, but USA flag football is coming to the Olympics in LA the summer of, I think,
07:34I think 2028 and I guess the thought was to kind of just get some, maybe, maybe, uh, uh,
07:40get a little momentum behind the sport flag football sport and put a bunch of, uh, current
07:45players and former players on the field with the flag football team and the, the, the legit
07:51flag football team.
07:52I knew what it was at when it happened, Ron, this, this was going to be a disaster.
07:55Did you see, did you see Tom Brady throw the ball at, at, at, uh, one of the Paul brothers?
08:00Uh, no, I didn't, I didn't get, I don't know what he was, you couldn't hear him, what they
08:03were frustrated about, but he, but he pulled the, he pulled his flag and Brady took about
08:06two or three steps away from him, turn around and rifled it at his waist.
08:09He caught it and threw it back at Brady.
08:11They've had a little, they've had a little back and forth.
08:13Is that Brady's over trying to, trying to get in the pants of all his gals, ain't he?
08:15I bet, I bet, I bet, I bet Brady's trying to, trying to smash his girlfriend or
08:18something.
08:19He can't, he talked about Russ wrestlers.
08:21So the poll, they, they, they, they, they, well, they, well, that maybe that was what
08:24it was about.
08:24They made up afterwards, but it seemed like it was a real, like, like Tom Brady, typical
08:28Tom Brady, uh, you know, out, outburst.
08:30But, um, the, the real flag football players, they kicked their ass.
08:35I mean, it wasn't even close.
08:36They, they, they routed them.
08:37I think the final game, whoever the, the, the, the founders were, I think they kept it
08:42close with team USA, but the, the NFLers, man, it was, it was, it was, apparently it was
08:47pretty rough.
08:47And, and, and to your point earlier, when we were talking about it, who in the hell in their right
08:50mind allowed these guys to go out there and play Tom Brady's one thing, but, but you
08:54got Joe Burrow running around out there.
08:56You got to say Quan Barkley running around.
08:58I thought Jalen Hurts running around.
08:59I thought Joe got hurt multiple times.
09:01Yeah.
09:02I saw him diving for the goal line.
09:03He got hit in the hip.
09:04He got his britches yanked off.
09:05He got hit in the hip and then got up complaining about a call.
09:08He got, he got tackled.
09:10Man, I, yeah, I, so I don't know, man, but that was, uh.
09:13And he's talking about he wants, he wants to play.
09:15I mean, there's several fronts there that, that, that, that didn't seem to make a whole
09:18hell of a lot of sense, but, but really the one that, that I knew, I knew was going to
09:21happen.
09:21I've, I've been the team full of former players and you go play guys that really play flag
09:25football and they embarrass you.
09:27I mean, clearly they, they are, they are, I mean, at the time, you know, we're all still
09:31in really good shape.
09:32There's a bunch of dad bods and we're like, oh, we'll run through these guys.
09:34They would kick our ass.
09:36I mean, they couldn't even move.
09:37It was right now.
09:38Yeah, it was, it was unbelievable.
09:39So I knew that the, the big timers and the pros are going to get to tail whooped.
