00:00Hi, my name is David Michael Cray, and today I have a poem for you that I wrote called
00:04The Wonder of Design.
00:07It goes like this.
00:09Could the cool, rippling water be lapping against the sandy shore in a subtle Fibonaccian
00:16design, like so many other things in this fascinating paradigm?
00:21Layer upon layer of sequences secretly expressing love in the universe.
00:26Across the shoreline, in every wave, layered in the depth of the water, on a lake, in
00:33the ocean, or on a river shore, varying in relation to the size and shape of the body
00:38of water, or perhaps even in relation to the beholder and its own perfectly designed body
00:45and mind.
00:46Each moment arranged uniquely, yet connected to each other moment.
00:51Plants echoing Phi's pattern in their shapes of leaves and stems, roots and branches, and
00:57the pine cones twirl.
00:59People's bodies, joint by joint, are reflecting this design, and the galaxies themselves and
01:05every world is rhyming its spiraling paradigm.
01:08How many other patterns are meticulously purposed around this golden mean?
01:14Or some other mathematical beauty?
01:18Or the viewing of some wondrously designed being?
01:22The question of design in the universe seems at an end when looking for this trend.
01:29The wonder of design is designed for what we wonder.
01:34There is a creator who can mend this fallen world.
