04:12The inspiration for my menu today comes from a really fantastic restaurant not too far from our home in Italy.

04:30First up on Mikaela's Italian restaurant rip-off is the main.
04:35Burrata-filled pasta hearts with parmesan.
04:39So, this main is definitely something I would order in a restaurant.

04:46I'll be surprised if Mikaela's making her own pasta, but I'll also be very, very impressed.

08:03Vanilla panna cotta with a raspberry sauce and fresh berries.

08:13It did actually turn out well, so hopefully that can be replicated this evening.

08:20So, we'll have to see if she can, like, get the smoothness, the texture just right.
