1 kg of pork and yogurt – a delicious dinner for the whole family and an excellent meat recipe for a hearty family meal. The secret to this incredibly tasty dish is simple: adding yogurt to the meat. I never expected that a recipe with potatoes, pork, and yogurt could turn out so flavorful and satisfying. Today I’ll show you, with a simple example, how you can prepare a wonderful dinner using the most common ingredients.
Recipe and ingredients:
Chop 800 g of pork. Chop 2 potatoes, 3 pickled cucumbers, 1 onion, and 200 g of bacon. Add 400 g of yogurt and 200 g of tomato sauce. Season with salt and black pepper. Add 200 g of basil and 200 g of grated cheese. Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes.
Salad: Chop 1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes, and 1 bell pepper. Add 100 g canned beans and 100 g canned corn. Season with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil.
