Recipe and ingredients:
Chop 700 g of pork into pieces. Cook over high heat and fry until crispy.
Reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking until the meat becomes tender.
Chop 4 onions and fry them for 1–2 minutes.
Cut 1 kg of potatoes into pieces.
Add vegetable oil and a little butter. Cook over medium heat until the potatoes are soft and golden.
Chop a bunch of parsley and 4 cloves of garlic.
