Recipe and Ingredients:
Chop 1 kg of beef.
Add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and mix well.
Slice 150 g of bacon.
Fry for 5 minutes over high heat.
Sear the beef over high heat for 10 minutes.
While the meat is frying, finely chop 6 medium onions.
Add 30 g of butter.
Grate 1 large carrot.
Chop 2 tomatoes.
Add salt, pepper, paprika, fresh rosemary, basil, and thyme.
Cook everything over medium heat.
Pour in 150 g of dry red wine and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
