Recipe and ingredients:

Cut 500 g of pork into pieces. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Fry over high heat for 5 minutes on each side.

Add 400 g of chopped mushrooms.
Cook for 5 minutes.

Add 30 g of butter.
Chop 1 onion and add 5 cloves of garlic.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of flour, 250 ml of water, 200 ml of cream, and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Season with 1 teaspoon of Herbes de Provence.
